When she woke up in the morning Edmund had already left. She decided that she'll spend her day by the hotels' pools. But as she took of her nightgown in the bathroom she saw red writing on her stomach from the mirror.
"What is this?" and she read it.
I'M WARNING YOU. READ THE LETTER.
Her blood froze and she rushed out. She opened the bedside table's drawer and carefully lifted the white envelope. She opened it with horror.

Greetings,
Someone.
Anne looked weirdly at the letter. It didn't make much sense. Was there something hidden in it? She looked carefully over it, but nothing came to her mind. She had no idea where and when she was supposed to meet this person.
She did go to the pools, but she was thinking about that weird letter all day. And where is her husband? She didn't see him in hours. He had left before she woke up and did not come back still. She left him a note where she is, but he didn't come. She had this weird gut feeling again. She could feel something terrible will happen. She decided to ignore it again. Edmund is a grown man, he can manage himself.
She just couldn't get the letter off her mind the whole day. She decided that once she gets back she'll look over it again. And she noticed something now. How weirdly the capital letters were placed. Maybe if I read the capital letters in order it would make out something. So she did. And she was shocked to her bones.
MEET AT BEACH AT ONE AM
That couldn't be true. Why would she meet someone on the beach alone at one a.m., that person is out their right mind. Is what Anne thought. But she knew deep down, that she'll meet this mysterious someone. Then something hit her, hard, in the back of her mind. What if this was her husband's doing? Maybe he had planned a surprise for her. Maybe it's connected to their anniversary. If yes, then she'll go without nagging. Because who else could have written her stomach that demand? No one could have gotten into their room in the middle of the night. That is just absolutely impossible.
All of a sudden she felt really dizzy. So dizzy that everything was spinning around her and she had to sit down on the bed or else she would have fallen to the floor. She decided it would be best if she would rest for a while. Eventually she fell asleep.
¤ ¤ ¤
She jolted awake in cold sweat. She had this horrible nightmare and was anxious. She unlocked her phone and looked at the time. 11:47 p.m., she had time before 1 a.m. therefor she got ready and the she realized that she missed dinner, but she was as hungry as a starving wolf. She didn't really care though. She did her hair, her makeup and put on her pretty dress. She didn't wear heels, because that isn't ideal for the beach.
She was walking on the beach now. She regretted her decision of not bringing a cardigan. She passed multiple group of natives. All of those groups were sitting around separate bonfires. And every time she would pass one of these groups they would start whispering. Anne didn't understand a thing and she just awkwardly smiled at them. She was getting more tired, hungrier, angrier and more anxious. Then she remembered something. It hit her in the head like a lightning. She didn't bring any water. The letter said to bring some water, but she forgot. 'Shit'. Is all she thought. And her dizziness started again. But she had to find her husband. Because in her mind it was still her husband who wrote that letter. How silly of her.
She had this strange felling. As if her body was trying to warn her. The hair on her back was up and she could feel fear creeping up her skin. She looked behind herself, but she didn't see anyone. Realization hit her like a train. She shouldn't be here. She should be in the hotel sleeping. It was a really bad idea to come out this late. Her head was aching like hell and she was so hungry now that she was practically starving. Just as she turned back around to got back, she heard someone running in the sand and then everything went black for her.
She wasn't fully unconscious just yet and she heard a deep, strong male voice say.
"Silly girl," and she lost her consciousness.
