Ace looked carefully through all the dogs watching them bark and jump at him as he walked by. He walked through multiple aisles looking at the different breeds before he walked back to the front where the German Shepherds were.
"I want that one." He pointed at the only dog that was laying down in the corner by himself, while the others were barking. He figured he'd get himself a dog to keep him company since he stayed by himself.
"Okay, I'll be right back, let me just go get your paper work." The worker smiled at him and he nodded before she walked away. He put his attention back on the dog, as it played with a toy thats was nearby him.
"Okay here's the paperwork, once you sign you can go up to the front desk and make the payment." The worker came back with a clipboard handing it to him. He looked over the papers before signing them.
He walked to the front desk, going in his backpack grabbing the 2,500 he had to pay for the puppy. "Okay you're all set, come with me." She flashed him a smile grabbing a collar and a leash.
Ace followed her back towards the dogs, watching as she unlocked the door, walking in. All the dogs got excited to see her as she put the collar on the one Ace wanted, walking back out the door with him.
She put the leash on it before setting it back down on the floor handing the leash to Ace. "Thank you." He grabbed the leash, watching as the dog sniffed his feet.
"No problem, thank you for stopping by, have a nice day." She flashed him one more smile.
"You too." He walked towards the exit and to his car.
Once he was in, he leaned back in his seat looking over the paper about the dog. He learned that it was a girl, her favorite food and treats, and that she likes to chew on things.
"Yea we gon' have to buy you some toys, 'cause I wish you would chew on my shit." Ace looked back at the dog.
