Hunter and Echo sat in the cockpit, while Wrecker sat in the common area. He decided to lift Gonky, since he hadn't interacted with the droid for a while. He walked over to Gonky and greeted him. "Hi Gonky." The gonk droid responded with a gonk. Wrecker smiled then lifted the droid, it screamed with the sound gonk. Wrecker then set the droid down. "So I can't pick you up anymore?" He asked. The droid gonked again.
Anyway, back to Pabu....
The boats they had taken out now were all at the docks. The silver, dual tailed creature quickly leaped off the boat once it hit the dock. Phee waited as almost every other guest on the boat got off. Tech decided to wait with her, but not really close to her because she talked to everyone who walked off the ship. He was sitting at a table nearby, now empty of food and people with dirty dishes. Tech was checking all his tech to see if any of it worked. His data pad had taken a bad fall and was cracked, but still functioned properly for the most part, his cable was broken. He then noticed his helmet was missing. He then searched himself for the rest of his things but found them all. He looked around the boat, by now everyone had left, except the silver creature was waiting outside the boat and Phee was standing near the exit of the boat. "Are you coming Brown Eyes?" Phee called to Tech. He stopped searching and looked at Phee. "I lost my helmet, you go on I'll be there shortly." Tech answered, before continuing his search. Phee tapped her foot impatiently. "Do you even know where to go?" She asked, crossing her arms and stopping her foot taping. "Of course I do." Tech answered, unconcerned nor paying much attention. "Just come on." Phee complained. "I lost my helmet. I'll be there as soon as I can be." Tech said, looking up. Just then he saw the silver creature with a helmet on it's head. "Lost your helmet, huh?" Phee asked, looking at the creature. Phee then tried to snatch the helmet from the creature's head but it ducked.
The loth-wolf trotted away as both Brown Eyes and the lady started to chase her. She had to kick her speed up to a canter so the two couldn't catch her. She ran soundlessly through the entire settlement, separating the two then almost loosing them, but using one of her two silver tails to make them realize they had not lost her yet.
After hours of running around and fooling the two the loth-wolf jumped into the twisted tree and flopped down. The two humans ran over to the loth-wolf and looked up at her, all three of them breathing hard. The loth-wolf's head sagged and the helmet fell into Phee's hands. The loth-wolf smiled, and her breathing calmed as she gained more breath. The two humanoid's eyes locked for a few seconds, slightly longer then they should have, then Phee handed Brown Eyes his helmet. "I thought you'd like this." She said with her usual smile. The exchange lasted for a few more seconds then it should have and the narriorator (me, aka Jay) got board. Oddly the loth-wolf did not.
If you want to continue with the story skip until after this paragraph in slanted/italic and bolded writing. I litrally only got board because this part is about 'love'-ish. Hehehe! Muahaha! Should I continue with the other part of the gang soon? Like in the next chapter? Perhaps.... But yet again.... I wonder if I will bother deleting this? Maybe eventually? If the time comes-continuing on now-
Tech had felt lost in her eyes, warmth flooding through him, but soon he regained his senses. "Oh, uh, thanks." He muttered, looking away shyly. Phee nodded, and perhaps muttered a 'your welcome' or something along those lines but he didn't catch it. "Oh, there you two are, we've been looking for you both or a while." Shep walked into sight. The creature above Tech and Phee growled at Shep. Shep took notice of this and stopped. "Three." The creature growled in a deep, stretched out voice. Its ears were flat against its head and its fur had fluffed up a bit. "My apologies, all three of you." Shep said looking from the creature to Tech and Phee. "I hope I wasn't interrupting something?" The creature growled quietly, even though Tech could not hear it he could feel the vibrations. "Nope, lets go T-Brown Eyes." Phee said gesturing for Tech to follow as she walked toward Shep. "And you too!" She called to the creature. At this it jumped down from the tree, which could hardly support its weight then trotted after Phee.
