The following day...

More specifically, at Angela's school, in the staff room around 8 am. Mr. Charlie Dean is currently busy checking the school work collected by his students on his desk. He appeared to be very busy without noticing anything, I mean without realizing that Ms. Linda Watson had approached his desk.

" Are you checking the students' school work? " asked Miss Linda Watson, pretending not to know.

" Yes, Miss Linda Watson, what brings you to my desk? " asked Mr. Charlie Dean in a serious tone.

" Wow, what a question! Don't call me Miss, just call me Linda, " said Linda Watson in her cheeky style.

" Alright Linda, what's up? " Mr. Charlie Dean asked again.

" I know you still don't have a date for the ball tomorrow night, how about I be your date? " said Ms. Linda Watson while giggling and winking at Mr. Charlie Dean. The man was seen sighing.

" Sorry, Miss Watson, I already have a date for the ball tomorrow night, so you just go find someone else, " said Mr. Charlie Dean and then he walked away. Miss Linda Watson was left alone there with a sour face because she was rejected.

" You're so mean to me!! " exclaimed Ms. Linda Watson, pouting.

" So what do you want me to do? Not take my date and bring you to the ball?! That's not polite, Miss! " Mr. Charlie Dean replied lazily.

" Alright, just go with her then! I'm sulking!! " said Ms. Linda Watson, sounding upset, before walking away from Mr. Charlie Dean, leaving him puzzled by her behavior.

" Bloody strange teacher! " muttered Mr. Charlie Dean.

In the auditorium, Angela was practising jazz dance with Delilah. She danced energetically and seemed to be enjoying it, while Delilah, who looked a bit tired, suddenly stopped dancing, causing Angela, who was dancing beside her, to stop as well.

" Why did you stop dancing, Delilah? " Angela asked.

" I'm knackered, let's have a breather and then we can carry on dancing later, " Delilah replied to Angela's question.

" Alright, " Angela replied, and they both sat on the floor of the auditorium, cracking open the bottles they had brought from home and having a drink of water from their respective bottles.

" Can I ask you something? " Delilah asked.

" What do you want to ask? " Angela asked, curious about Delilah's question.

" Who are you going to the ball with tomorrow night? " Delilah asked. Hearing the question, Angela suddenly smiled.

" Oh, it's a secret! Can't tell you, " Angela said, not wanting to tell Delilah who her prom night date would be.

" Aww, keeping secrets now! " Delilah teased Angela.

" You'll know eventually! " Angela replied.

" Do you have a new frock? " Delilah asked again.

" Not yet, I haven't bought one yet, " Angela replied.

" Oh, then let me accompany you shopping after school, we'll get some beautiful dresses! " Delilah said enthusiastically.

" No, I mean I don't need to, when it comes to a new frock, I'll have a yarn with my ball date, so we can choose together, " Angela replied, thinking about where Mr. Charlie Dean is now because she had to inform him about this matter as soon as possible.

" Alright, if that's your decision, " Delilah replied.

" Delilah, let's head back to class, " Angela invited.

" Not keen on carrying on with the dancing? " Delilah asked again.

" Sweet as, we'll do it tomorrow! " Angela replied, lazily.

" Choice, let's crack on! " Delilah replied, and they both stood up, holding their bottles and walked out of the auditorium.

Meanwhile, at the Octav family home, Lucille was flat out tidying up the whare and sweeping away all sorts of rubbish and dust inside. Maria, on the other hand, just strolled past and saw Lucille doing the chores.

" Look, that's how it is, as a sheila you have to be diligent in cleaning the house! " Maria said.

" You came here to tell me to do something, eh? " Lucille guessed.

" I want you to go to Angela's school right now! " Maria said to Lucille in a firm and nonchalant tone.

" I knew it all along! " Lucille said sharply, staring at Maria with a frosty gaze.

" If you already know, then what are you waiting for?! Hurry up!! " Maria urged.

" I'll change my clothes first, do you think I want to go to Angela's school in these daggy clothes?! " Lucille said lazily, reluctantly following her sister-in-law's instructions because she didn't want to get into trouble at home again, even though she knew that bigger trouble was waiting for her at Angela's school.

" Sweet as, go change your clothes then! " Maria replied with a heavy sigh.

Meanwhile, at the university, Henry was walking alone down the corridor to his class when he suddenly felt like someone was calling his name, a girl wearing a light green top was calling out to him.

" Henry! " the girl approached him.

" Carrie? What's up? " Henry asked with a sweet smile, realizing that the girl was Carrie, whom Henry liked.

" Do you want to go to class? Can I walk with you? " Carrie asked Henry.

" Oh, of course, let's go! " Henry said happily.

" Oh, where are Jessica and Juna? " Carrie asked after realizing that Jessica and Juna were not with Henry.

" Forget about them, let's go to class! " Henry said, not answering Carrie's question about his siblings.

Lucille had just arrived at the school where Angela was studying, dressed in a pretty grey outfit. She was seen entering the school gates, and it just so happened that all the students were on their lunch break.

" If I'm honest, I can't be bothered going to Angela's school, I can't stand looking at that Angela's teacher's face, as black as coal! " Lucille muttered to herself. " By the way, which one is Angela's class? " she asked again. By now, Lucille was already outside the teacher's room and not long after, Angela appeared and saw Lucille standing there.

" Aunty Lucille? This must be my mum who told her to snoop on me at school! " Angela guessed, without wasting time she immediately approached Lucille.

" Aunty Lucille! What are you doing here? " Angela asked Lucille, pretending not to know.

" Your mum asked me to check on you at school! " Lucille answered honestly without hiding.

" I knew it! " Angela said to herself. Then Angela said, " Oi, bugger off! " She pushed Lucille's body, shooing her aunt away.
