It's been nearly a year since these stupid spheres just popped out of nowhere. Y/n, you know, the badass at school who gives zero care, is still icy to everyone around her.

Spheres- Duty After School

Ji-Eun strolled into school, rocking sweatpants with a nonchalant vibe, one hand deep in her pockets as she stared at the ground. Sporting a half-zipped sweater, giving a sneak peek revealed enough to catch a glimpse of her tank top, perfectly complimenting her figure. No surprise here – uniform rules are not her thing. She never bothered with the school uniform and brushed off the rules like they were nothing. Her fingers were adorned with ring chains that she idly played with whenever nerves kicked in. And in her free hand? Always twirling a navy blue pocket knife like it's second nature.

All eyes followed Ji-Eun as she strolled away, everyone avoiding her just to stay off her bad side. They all knew she could break them in a heartbeat. Even though she keeps to herself, Ji-Eun's got this strange popularity with both guys and girls. Despite that, she's never bothered making friends this school year, deeming it all pretty pointless.

Ji-Eun was heading to the entrance when a motorcycle zoomed by, carrying Hee-Rak and II-Ha. The trio halted, glancing up as their classmates stuck their heads out of the window. Ji-Eun diverted her attention from the classmates' antics, shifted her gaze to II-Ha and Hee-Rak on her right, shrugged off the commotion, and continued her stroll.

"Check her out, she's so cool," Deok-Joong marveled, watching Ji-Eun stroll into the school unfazed. Meanwhile, Deok-Joong continued lounging on top of Chi-Yeol, who was getting squished in the process.

"Yah!" Chi-Yeol gasped, breathless, as he shoved Deok-Joong off his back.

Chi-Yeol glanced back out the window, his eyes fixed on Ji-Eun walking away. "She's just my type," he whispered to himself, a slow smile spreading across his face.

Ji-Eun strolled through the halls and halted in front of the door labeled "Classroom 3-2." Sliding the door open, all eyes turned toward her as she nonchalantly made her way to the back of the class. With her pocket knife still twirling in her left hand, she took her seat. The room buzzed with conversations as everyone returned to their discussions with their friends, the murmur of chatter filling the air.

"She's so pretty"

"I think I'm gay"

"She's so cool"

"I want to be friends with her"

"She's beautiful"
