Y/n was walking alongside with Jang-Soo down the stairs that lead the way to the field outside. Many students from different classes were gathered trying to find their class. "Class 3-2 is over here." A tanned man says he had a black and red cap on. He also had a nametag with the name of Kim Won-Bin. Jang-Soo and Y/n walk toward him following their class.

"Get in a line, in front of your platoon leader!" Lieutenant Lee yells. Y/n ended up in between Tae-Man and Na-Ra. Tae-Man was always a funny person even during serious situations. "Attention! You'll be getting your personal firearms now, so pay attention!" Lieutenant Lee Yells. Chi-Yeol who was in front of Young-Hoon turned around. "Yeong-Hoon, do you want to be the record keeper?" Chi-Yeol asks making Young-Hoon to start thinking. "Having extra credit doesn't make any difference to me. But each point matters to you, right?" Chi-Yeol explains. "Well-" Young-Hoon starts but was interrupted as soon as II-ha shoved Chi-Yeol. "Hey Kimchi, the platoon leader told you to do it. Stop bothering him and just do it yourself." II-Ha says annoyed. "Oh.. Okay." Chi-Yeol gives II-Ha a small smile. II-Ha turned to look at Young-Hoon, gave him a mean glare, and walked away.

"Shout out your firearm number when you get yours. Understood?" Lieutenant Lee yells. They let out a small yes sir. "I'll ask one more time. Understood?" Lieutenant yells again. "Yes!" The class shouts.

Lieutenant Lee hands Yu-Jeong a gun. "Trainee No.4 Kim Yu-Jeong. Mine is 701404" Yu-Jeong yells. Won-Bin who was writing everything down on a paper. Lieutenant Lee handed Deok-Joong a gun, who was very excited. "Trainee No.3 Kim Deok-Joong. Received Firearm 701303." Deok-Joong says clearly not serious about the whole situation. "Next." Lieutenant Lee says. Deok-Joong walks away looking down at his gun. "The weight isn't bad." He said lifting it pretending as if he knew what he was doing. He was moving the gun around as if he was shooting and moved it towards Lieutenant Lee who was staring at him with an unfazed look.

"Who said you can fool around with a firearm?" Lieutenant Lee yells making Deok-Joong flinch and lower his gun, then start running away. Young-shin stares at Deok-Joong, then lifts his hand to fix his glasses. "How can they trust us and give us guns?" Young-Shin questions. "I know," Jang-Soo answers looking forward. It was finally Y/ns turn, she stepped up in front of Lieutenant Lee who was staring at her. She put her arms out while Lieutenant Lee placed the gun in her hand. "Trainee No.9 Y/n, Received gun #701909," Y/n yelled. "Next." Lieutenant Lee yells. Y/n walked away carrying the gun in one hand.

Y/n was sitting down in the corner of the stairs by herself, she was looking at her rifle and investigating every part it included. "Gosh, we have to carry this heavy thing every day?" Ha-Ra complains. "Gosh, that's what I'm saying." Joon-Hee agrees. "If we lose it, we get discharged and have to pay a fine." She adds.

"Hey but doesn't this look like the ones from the games?" Hee-Rak says looking at the rifle in his hands. "But we don't even use M16s in the games. The recoil is bad and the noise is bad, too." II-Ha explains. "Does M16 use 5.56 mm or 7.62 mm?" Hee-Rak asks. "Are you an idiot? What were those thousands of hours of games for?" Bo-Ra answers. "It's 5.56 mm." She finishes.

Tae-Man turns around, joining the conversation. "That's the goddess of PUBG. Gosh, they should've given me Kar 98k, my specialty." Tae-Man says as if he knew how to use a gun. "Hey, shut up and run," II-Ha tells him, aiming his gun at Tae-Man. "I don't want to," Tae-Man responds. Suddenly, Ha-Ra, Bo-Ra, Woo-Taek, and Hee-Rak point their guns at Tae-Man.

Tae-Man instantly raises his hands. "Hey, wait a moment. Just give me two seconds." Tae-Man says slowly getting up preparing to run for his life. He instantly starts running while the group starts running after him. Y/n just stared at her classmates running around on the field, shaking her head. She felt someone staring at her, she looks down at her other classmates just to see Jang-Soo looking at her. Y/n just gave him a small smile, Jang-Soo started turning red causing him to turn around.
