Sebastian sat at his desk with his glasses on, reading through the case file of Jess and the murder/kidnapping of the (L/n)'s. To say he wasn't confused and horrified by the contents of it was an understatement, though so far he wasn't getting anything helpful from it. He knew there was something in this case that would help, he remembered seeing it years ago. Just where was the question. He hears a knock on his office door, looking up from the files as he see's the door open and Justin enters with two cups in his hands.

Justin: "Brought you a coffee sir" he spoke as he walks over to the desk and places it down.

Sebastian: "Thank you Justin. I'm gonna be drinking these all day after last night" he says while lightly grabbing the cup, sipping a bit from it as he rests his chin on his other hand.

Justin: "I think all of us will sir. Nobody here got any sleep last night. . . well, besides the Receptionist I think" he chuckles, causing Sebastian to chuckle along.

Sebastian: "Any news on Luther?"

Justin: "He's alive, but that's it for good news. Right now he's currently having emergency surgery. . ."

Sebastian: "I hope he pulls through it. . . he's a good man. . ." he says as he looks down.

Justin: ". . . Did you call your wife?"

Sebastian: "Yeah I called her. I just told her work caught up last night and that I had to get it done. . . I can't tell her the real reason, she won't feel safe. Within a span of 5 days we've had 2 people killed, a teenager and a kid kidnapped two days apart, one of our best detectives is now is hospital fighting for his life, and I gotta keep all this under the radar"

Justin: "Well you gotta to tell her soon sir, because the news station just got a tip finally" he informs him, making Sebastian groan again, though this one clearly was one of annoyance.

Sebastian: "I just want her to feel safe"

Justin: "Understandable sir, but if she feels safe near Krimson City, she's definitely brave. But I must ask, how come you still live near here? even after the incident with Beacon? I would of thought you'd leave the first chance you had" he curiously asks.

Sebastian: "Originally I did. Once I found Lilly, I moved away. . . but once she turned 16, and after re-marrying I decided to come back. . . but with all this going on, and with Suzi, I regret doing so. . ."

Sebastian then leans back in his chair, turning around so he's looking at the window, peering out to the busy streets outside.

Justin: "To be fair, I regret moving here. But hey, at least we didn't live in Raccoon City before that entire thing happened"

Sebastian: "I remember seeing that on the news. I was horrified by that, though I would rather witness that then go through Beacon and Stem again" he chuckles before taking a big sip of his coffee. "Honestly, there's been so many bad things happening the past couple decades, yet people keep living life without knowing most of it. . . amazing"

Justin: "I agreed. I mean we had everything with Beacon and stem, Arklay county had the Raccoon City outbreak, Maine supposedly had a mysterious town surrounded by fog, and I ain't even going to begin with all the weird stuff in Japan. . . poor bastards"

Sebastian: "Yeah. . . and to add on all of this, we have Jess going about. . ."

Justin: "Speaking of that sir, It sounds like you had a run in with this Jess the killer before. . . have you?" he asks. Sebastian goes silent for a second, before sighing as he turns to face him.
