A resilience that stood the test of time,
And when life knocked her down, she'd grin,
And rise again, with faith that was sublime.
Her heart was filled with compassion,
And her soul, with love so pure,
And she gave of herself without ration,
With a grace that I've not seen before.
This woman, she taught me so much,
About the power of love and grace,
And her spirit, it will forever touch,
My life, my heart, and my face.
For she was a woman who inspired me,
And in her life, I saw the truth,
