𝐎𝐧𝐢𝐤𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐣Today was like any other day. The usual core of people hanging in the same spot. Except for Y/N and Cardi. They left yesterday to go to Atlanta.
They didn't say why but it's not like anyone questioned them on it either. It's only been a day but Ice has been sad as fuck since her boo isn't here. I really think that her and Cardi are the cutest couple.
"The clubs about to be turnt all week. We should slide to one tonight." Coi said.
"Oh yeah. That Philly event going on ain't it?" Remy asked.
"What Philly event?" I questioned.
"Philly invades New York. It's when a bunch of motherfuckers from Philly come out here to party and shit." Ice explains.
I nodded my head understandingly. Since we had nothing better to do we decided on going out tonight. A few of us started getting ready now. Like Beyoncé and I because we take hours on getting ready.
My mind kept going back to Y/N and I couldn't control it. That talk with Remy kept popping up. I did wonder why Y/N is the way she is.
It didn't take long to notice that she has something against commitment. Something against labels. She's quick to say someone isn't her girl. And while that may be true, it's the way she says it that lets me know commitment is the problem.
I really would like to figure her out. I want to understand her but I refuse to put myself in a position to end up like Lola. I just don't get how everything can be cool with us one day and then it's different the next day.
"Yo Remy." I say.
"What's up Nic?" She replies turning towards me.
"Why is Y/N the way she is?" I ask.
I seen everyone in the room, minus Beyoncé, make an awkward facial expression. It seriously can't be that bad. It's like some unspoken rule to just not talk about Y/N and her problems or something.
"Maybe you should ask someone who knows a lot better than me. Ask Z." Remy said.
I know Remy knows, she just doesn't want to answer it. But Z most likely does know a lot more considering that Y/N is her blood sister.
"I just knew you was gon' drag me into this." Zendaya mumbled.
"We'll let y'all talk about that." Ice said as everyone exited the room, leaving Z and I.
I faced Zendaya preparing for her to tell me about her confusing ass sister.
"You didn't hear this from me. Back when we stayed in ATL, Y/N met this one girl. I won't say her name, that shit is like bad luck somehow. She was 12 at the time. Even though we moved out to the Bronx, they still was together and whatnot. It wasn't hard for them since we went back and forth so much."
"They was together for like ten years. Sounds so unbelievable but it's true. Y/N was so in love with that girl. It didn't make any damn sense. If you ask me I believe that girl did love my sister. Only in the beginning though. She ended up cheating on Y/N with some dude who's actually our opp."
Trust issues. Y/N has trust issues. It's starting to make sense now. And that's some grimy ass shit. This can't be the whole story though.
"She knew she was playing Y/N and she didn't care. She was cheating on my sister for like the last two years of their relationship. Even tried setting her up. I'm just glad Y/N knew it was a set up or she would've died. Exactly four years ago today shockingly."
