"Wha— Huh?!?" I blinked, turning my head in every direction possible. I could swear a million times I heard two voices in my head that aren't mine. And upon turning back, I no longer saw the forest I came from. So I was hallucinating the whole time?

Looking back at the sky, there were lots of stars scattered in the sky, along with Stella. It reminded me of the sky I saw when I died. Looking more carefully, Stella's glow was a tad bit dimmer than usual.

A small 'meow' catches my attention. Turning my head to where it came from, it was a pure white cat with blue eyes. A purple ribbon was tied on the feline's neck, and a note flipped on its back was on the ground in front of it.

The cat picks up the letter and brings it closer to me. Taking the note from the ground, I see words written in a neat cursive writing out of violet ink.

Follow the cat. It will lead to your destination.

Don't worry, he does not bite.

With a smile, I crouch down and extend my right hand to the cat. From his sitting position, the cat nuzzles his head onto my palm in a loving manner, purring while doing so. Popping out of the sleeve was a silver chain with a small, black spade as a charm.

That made me pause. Withdrawing my hand from the cat, I stare at the bracelet, remembering a faint memory.

A young boy with short black hair and blue eyes opened a small red box, revealing two matching bracelets made out of silver chains with a small spade charm.

" Happy birthday, sis. "

A small smile forms on my lips from the memory. It was my older twin brother's gift to me when we both turned 16. My gift to him was a keychain of his favorite character in a game, if I remember. He was so happy from the gift he had it attached to his phone.

"Meow!"

The cat nuzzles its head on my feet, gaining my attention. "Right, right.. Sorry for spacing out." I whispered, standing up. Shaking those sad moments away, looking at the cat. "Alright, cat! Lead the way!!"

From what I have said, the cat walks and meows at the door. Walking over and opening it, it was stairs going down. The white feline leads me downstairs and out of the building. Looking back at the building, it was an abandoned school. It seems like they're going to rebuild it with the beams positioned near it.

While walking, I noticed such vibrant lights all around, illuminating my surroundings. I try my best not to lose sight of the cat while passing through people and buildings that gain my attention.

Twenty minutes have passed and I'm still walking with the cat. In my past life, I don't go out often, just stuck in my room watching anime, reading manga, playing games, or something else within my room. But it's guaranteed that I don't do exercises. I'm surprised I can still walk for such a long period of time. I whisper my thanks to Stella for such a blessing.
