Summary of chapter 1

Meanwhile Evan does that Doug was for her to be alone so he could attack her. When he found her alone getting food and he was about to attack her when something happened

Back to chapter 2

First Pov:

Evan was going to the side of the house to get Doug when he found him in the bush with a knife about to go out then he sees Maddie alone and he figured Doug plan just like that and he was trying to go behind him without him noticing while he did it he didn't noticing how the party stopped talking and people were slowly backing away of the brush

Athena stop talking to bobby and notice how the brush was moving back and forward then she saw a knife out of the brush aiming at Maddie, so she told Bobby to get Maddie away from that side

Bobby looks confused until she told her what happened, so he told Eddie to move all of them to go to the other side while he gets Maddie and Athena goes to get her gun

There were all move to the other side everyone looks confused expect for Bobby and Eddie

"What's going on?" Says Maddie as she looks around and everyone else was confused too but then she looked at Eddie and he looked like he was ready to fight, and Bobby was waiting for Athena to come back. Bobby had his arm around them covering them until Athena comes back with a gun looking angry

She points the gun at the brush and yells "GET OUT AND PUT YOUR HANDS UP I ALREADY CALL THE COPS".

She lying but hoping they get scared and run off because everyone was now scared and some of the kids were crying and shaking.

All the kids scream when they see someone getting thrown at the ground

Maddie was so scared and surprised when he saw it was Doug that was thrown. She was more surprised when her adopted brother came out of the brush angry

"YOU HAVE SOME NERVE COMING HERE AFTER YOU KILL YOUR EX WIFE AND TRYING TO MAKE MY ADOPTED SISTER MARRY YOU AND WHEN SHE WON'T YOU TRY TO KILL HER AFTER YOU ABUSIVE HER YOU PHYSCOPATH" He yelled so angry and he noticed his adopted sister crying and his best friend Athena looking at him mad and proud for bring him down

He had arrested him with his own cuffs meanwhile the cops come

He noticed Tim right away when he came and the other cops he doesn't care or don't want to know about them. Before Tim goes to the house, he tells the rookies to stay out of the house and stay the at the front of the house because he knows how Evan doesn't like people or people he doesn't know especially if there new to the job. Evan doesn't trust them because he thinks them as baby of the job. But Buck doesn't know that Lucy his little sister was there.

Even Pov:

I see Tim there and move away. Other cops bring Doug up to bring to the rookies that are outside.

"Hi Tim" I said as I goes to give Tim a head shake

"Hi buck" Tim said as he stakes my hand "Are you stalking Athena?" He asked jokingly

"Like I will stalk your TO I was just looking for him" I said

As they talked to other TO came to see Tim talking to Evan and they came up to make there greeting

"Uhm I never knew Tim as a talkative type until now"??? Spoke

I looked at them weirdly and look back at him confused

Tim Pov:

I looked at him then at then then realized

"Oh, I haven't introduced him...Opps 😅" I thinks

I turn to them then says "Guys this Buck Strand My best friend besides you of course" i then turn to Buck "Buck this is Angela Lopez and Nyla Harper"

First Pov"

"Oh" they said but Buck is still quiet not saying anything until they said these

"Hi buck" both of them said

Buck looks angry at them then tells them kid of mean but calmly said

"You guys can't called me that only my best friends called me that" he points at Tim & Athena while he said friends part

All of them are speechless then he adds "MY name is Even BUCKLEY Stand" he gets more angry

Then he adds pointing and kidna pushing them "But you called me Strand got it?"

They look at him kidna mad and looked at him speechless expect Tim. He just feels bad for not talking about that part.

Even doesn't wait for a response and just leaves and goes to Athena house

"Did you see what he did" Nyla said

"Yeah, he was just rude" Angela said as they both looked back when even just went and back at Tim

"How are you Best friends with that guy" Angela said

"Sorry guys I forgot he doesn't like when people he doesn't know gave them nicknames" Tim said

"Why" Nyla said

"Sorry guys I just can't tell you he told me why and I don't want to expose his private life to you when he trusted me so much to keep it a secret" He said then add "Please guys don't search about his past"

"We won't" Nyla said

"Promise me you guys won't because if you guys do, he will never want to be friends with me again" Tim said hoping they understand

"We promise" Both of them said as they understanding what he trying to say

They all agree, and they went back to doing their job

Tim was asking Buck and Athena what happen and writing their response

Nyla was questioning the Adults and writing their response

Angela was questioning the kids and writing their response

Meanwhile the Rookie's is sitting outside waiting and thinking on what going on there
