Ab: nahi bhabhi mujhe aram nahi karna anyways mai bhi hospital chalta hun warna MD mam gussa hogi

Ab: thank you bhabhi, bye baccho sham ko milte hai dhyan se jana school

abhi : ( in his mind) aram karke kya karuga bhabhi mujhe khud ke liye time hi nahi nikalna hai aur apni sari energy bas kaam pe lagani hai

abhi arrives hospital and enter in his cabin as there is no surgery scheduled for next 1 hour

abhi: vo mera ghar nahi hai aap plz jaaiye mujhe abhi koi baat nahi karni

man: filhaal toh jaa rahi hun par baat yaha khatam nahi hoti abhi tujhe jawab dene padenge

abhi takes a file ignoring manjiri and start studying it

Abhi: ye tohfa toh aapne mujhe diya hai maa aapne khud ,ab ye sab aise hi chalega kuch badalne nahi wala na hi kuch badal sakta hai (a lone tear escaped from his eye)

I know ye part aadha adhura lag raha hai, but there are some flashbacks between the story dheere dheere sab pata chal jaayega , this 2 chapters are for to give brief introduction of their lives
And yes first few chapters ke size choti badi hogi but I am setting a base right now ek baar story flow main aa jayegi toh size bhi proper hogi
