"I don't know if I feel like it anymore." You shrug. "I lost someone today, that valued her life. Did she give hers up for you to waste yours?"
"I'm sorry," Levi apologizes sincerely. "It was really irresponsible of me, and I completely understand. Thanks for your help this far."
You nod at him.
"I forgive you." You tell him. It comes out way more condescending and powerful than you mean it to, and Levi is slightly taken aback.
"It's okay. Sorry, I didn't mean for it to come out like that." You laugh nervously.
"Nah, it was well deserved. You go get some sleep."
You nod at him again, before going downstairs to your cot.
