[What kind of a concert is this? There are burn barrels everywhere, and everyone here is way too hyped over that greasy-looking weirdo on the stage. How can I get out of this?] Just then Y/n noticed Micheal staring at some brunette girl, "Who are ya' staring at Mike?", without even turning his head he snapped back, "No one, mind your business!", taken aback, his sister responded, "Alright then if you're gonna be snappy I'll check to make sure that your bike wasn't stolen, you moron.", just before she could walk away her Mike grabbed her arm, "You don't have to, I'm sorry I snapped.", "That's okay Mikey, I was gonna check out some of the rides on the boardwalk anyway," she replied with a small smile.

*short time skip*

Y/n had been wandering around the boardwalk looking at games, rides, and people-watching when she spotted her favorite amusement ride, the carousel, for as long as she could remember it had been her favorite for some reason she couldn't explain. (remember this for later) So she decided to kill some time there, she knew Micheal wouldn't get too worried about her and would calm down their mother if she got upset. When she found a horse she liked that was available she hopped on, this would be just the thing to calm her down from the anxiety she felt earlier that day, a night out on the boardwalk was always one of her ideal ways to spend a night outside of the house. Unfortunately, she decided that she ought to leave because if she didn't then she would have to walk home even later than she wanted to. Because obviously, Micheal would end up chasing that random girl all night. [If I'm lucky enough I might get a chance to embarrass Mike in front of that girl] She chuckled to herself under her breath.

*another small time skip(cause the author is f*#@ing lazy)*

Just a few minutes later she had walked to the end of the boardwalk to where Micheal had parked and surprise surprise her brother was talking with that brunette girl from earlier. So she decided to have a little fun and walked up to him and the girl. "Hey, Mikey, who's this?" she teased with a slight smirk, Mike glared back at her before the girl spoke up, "My name's Star, what's yours?", "It's Y/n, I'm Micheal's sister", but before she could embarrass Micheal any further she zoned out and felt the hairs on her arm stand on edge as she suddenly felt a wave of anxiety. Moments later Y/n was snapped out of her tense trance when she heard loud engines approaching. On instinct she snapped her head down, her shoes had never seemed so interesting. Her brother however looked right at the people who surrounded the three standing around his bike. "Where you goin' Star?", the stranger sternly questioned "For a ride, this is Micheal.", the curly haired brunette snapped back in defense, " Just then Y/n felt eyes on her, then the stranger spoke again, "Who's this?", he asked curiously "Y/n, my sister," Micheal said defensively, it was almost like he was acting like an overprotective parent when their child starts dating. "You know where Hudson's bluff is overlooking the point?", Micheal scoffed " I can't beat your bike.", Y/n's eyes widened in fear, "You don't have to beat me, Micheal, you just have to try and keep up.", mindlessly, Y/n snapped her head up in a panic and blurted out, "No!"Mike looked at his sister in confusion and embarrassment. She finally got a look at the four strangers that surrounded her and her brother, they stared back, it felt like they were staring into her soul. Then she made eye contact with them and it felt like sparks went off as she looked back into their gorgeous eyes one at a time. They returned her shocked expression before the curly-haired blonde replied with a Cheshire cat grin plastered on his face, " Sorry if we scared you.", "No, y-you didn't.", she stammered in response looking back down to her feet, "Really? 'Sure seems like we did.", snickered the one that looks like twisted sister with a smug smile, not believing her, the platinum blonde leader(at least that's what Y/n could pick up at a glance about the group's dynamic) spoke to Micheal again, his gaze finally leaving Y/n, "Come on Michael", "I'll only go if my sister does", this shocked Y/n, she fully believed that her older brother would have left her there, but she guessed that he figured that as long as his little sister was in his sight she would be fine(also if anything happened to her their mother would kill him). The four boys' gaze again returned to her, waiting for an answer. [Well knowing Mikey he'd probably get himself into trouble or worse], "Fine, I'll go." The girl reluctantly gave in and hesitantly got on Micheal's bike. Despite the slightly disappointed looks on the boys' faces none of them protested, instead, they all raced down the beach. Y/n probably could have had a good time if it weren't for the fact that she had some strange feeling in her gut that something was different about these boys.....
