Inside the stadium, the reporter, Nina said as she was on live "It's the first chart since Kamino, when All Might, the Symbol of Peace, was forced into early retirement. You can feel the excitement, folks. This is an important moment in the history of heroes. In the past, pros didn't come up on stage during the announcements. But today, we see something new. Here we go!"
The crowd cheers as the events has begun
Tye announcer excited "Number ten! Dropping down one rank from the last chart-- Dragoon Hero: Ryukyu!"
As she stood up to head up the stage, she said shyly "Honestly, I don't think I deserve to place this highly."
"Number Nine has also slipped in rank, but he won't be defeated! Equipped Hero: Yoroi Musha!"
The male.in a heavy samurai suit, grunts a bit as he walks to the stage "Outside of the top three, numbers are meaningless. Based simply on the "tide of the times."

Waving, he said as he walks to tye stags "I'm honored."
A few of the reporters interviewed his partner Mt. Lady asking her questions about him
She even got upset why he got to a higher rank than her, even though she was rank 23
From a few, a familiar voice has spoken "Big sis, Mt. Lady, is funny sometimes. I'm probably that Kamui woods got higher in a shirt time"
"I know right, Kiyoko" King Candy said to her daughter

Kiyoko got invited to join her parents at the Hero Billboard Chart event. She was planning to watch the event with her friends at the dorms but that changed when her mother called her for the news

-Earlier in the morning-
Kiyoko was eating breakfast with her friends, Ava, Ashido, and Hagakure as they chatted
"I'm really excited for the hero billboard chart" Kiyoko said as she kicks her legs around
"Yeah me too, oh yeah have you heard" Ashido said as she types on her phone "check it out" she shows them a photo
"The famous Scientist and Tech Hero, Akira Shimiza, has been ranked Number 3 on tye billboard chart, cool right?"
Ava takes her phone and checks out the photo "no way, I've heard of her"
