Midoriya then narrates "Our work-study took up the entire winter break. Still, it felt like it was over in a flash, and then, the third term began. Our first year at UA seemed like it'd flown by, and suddenly, there were just three months left."
Inside of Class 1-A, both Iida and Yaoyorozu were in front of the class as they did the morning class announcements. Iida was the first to greet his classmates "My classmates! A Happy New Year to you all!"
"Yes, Happy New Year, everyone." Yaoyorozu greets as well
The class watches him as he continues "Today's class will consist of a practical briefing. We'll each share our accomplishments, challenges, et cetera from over the winter break. So, comrades, it's time to suit up.....and head over to Ground Alpha!"
As Iida points at the door, Aizawa opens the door and says to his students "Quiet! Time to get started–"
"Happy New Year, Mr. Aizawa!" Ashido interrupts him as she walks past him with her case over her head.
"Happy new years Aizawa" Kiyoko smiled as she followed Ashido
Asui followed as she bows at him
Still inside, Iida explained "An auspicious New Year, sir! I've apprised them of the schedule, per your instructions."
"Good."
Kaminari then said "Man, lida, you're really revving hard today!"
"Indeed. Thankfully, Manual, the hero with whom I apprenticed at my work study, is a leader in Hosu. It was just one week, but he taught me well." Iida explained
He adjusted his glasses as he smirked a bit "How to work hard without being uptight!"
He then rapidly moved his hips back and forward "Heck yeah! That's the only way to live!"
"Heh. I take it back. He's like a bike where the chain keeps coming off." Kaminari said as he walks out of the classroom
"Wouldn't lida be a motorcycle, though? I mean, with his engines, and all?" Sero told him
As Aizawa watches his students walk away, the school bell chimed. The announcer explained "Mr. Aizawa. Please report to the staff room immediately."

As the girls changed into their hero costumes, Hagakure said to Uraraku "Oh! Ochaco, that a new costume? It looks amazing!"
