The 126 shift had just ended and you, Tk, and Mateo were cleaning the fire truck until someone had came in and went up to him. "Hi." Tk said to the 'stranger', slightly confused. "Hey" He replied in return. "Could I help you?" Tk asked, as the stranger had gotten closer.
"Yeah, i'm looking for Y/n." He said holding a bouquet of flowers, Tk smirked realising who it was. "Y/n!" Tk called for you, "Ye?" You answered back, walking to where Tk was. "Hey." The 'stranger' said, smiling. "Oh hi, it's William, right?" You asked confused, "You remembered." William replied, smirking a bit impressed. "Yeah, trust me i'd never forgot a man's name after i've flushed stripper glitter out of his eye." You said causing William to chuckle.
"Sorry if I disturbed you in the middle of your shift, I just wanted to thank you for helping me and my stupid friends." He responded, making you laugh, you couldn't see but Tk and Mateo were spying on you on the other side of the fire truck whilst you were talking to William. "Stupid friends are what keep the lights on around here." You told William, as he chuckled. "Well these are from the flower shop a few streets down from here, I heard roses were a ladies favourites so I got you a bouquet of them. You're not allergic right?" William questioned, holding the bouquet unsure whether to give it to you or not. "No sir, I got no allergies." You smiled, replying to him. "You never know these days" He said as he handed the flowers over to you and you shook your head no, also replying to what he said. After you had received the flowers, you and William were both lost, staring into each others eyes until William spoke up. "Thank you, again" , "No problem and uh, thank you too." You said as William walked out the fire station with a simple nod and a smile.
"Oh and let me know what you think, I left my number some where on the bouquet, so you can just text me or call me." He turned back saying to you. "Sure, ok, i'll do that. Thank you" You said as he left. "Bye." Mateo said from the top of fire truck where he now moved and started cleaning with Tk, William waved back to them and then to you before leaving. After William had left Tk yelled "Yeah, Y/n! You stud!", making you chuckle and then both Tk and Mateo started dancing. "Shut up." You whisper shouted to them knowing William could've heard them, making them chuckle. "I was right when I said stupid friends are what make the lights around here, you know." I said, smiling at Tk and Mateo, which Tk rolled his eyes and Mateo smiled in return.
