Firebug was a hivewing dragonet, only 6 years old. They had 2 friends named Jewel and Chestnut and 3 guardians, Jasper, Apollo, and Acacia. You see, they weren't ordinary dragonets, they were the dragonets of destiny, they were destined to end the tree wars and save the world! Firebug was "THE HIVEWING EGG OF BRIGHTEST YELLOW" and he wanted to be treated like it. You see, the guardians did not treat them well. They treated them quite badly to be honest. They treated them like unknowing babies, yes they might be dragonets but they were THE Dragonets of Destiny! They should be treated as such, but, interrupting Firebugs train of thought, he heard "BATTLE TRAINING! GET OVER HERE FIREBUG!" Yelled from across the cave, probably Jasper, you see, Jasper was fierce and powerful, Acacia just seemed annoyed, and, dispite the other two, Apollo seemed to try and help the dragonets more, maybe to understand a scroll or to learn a new battle tactic, Apollo also seemed nervous, as if he didn't know how to act infrount of the destined dragonets. Either way, Firebug ran across the cave to see Jasper.
Firebug liked battle training as he could predict their enemies attacks and movements, and also distract them, even having a Nerve venom to paralyze them for 24 hours! Though Jasper banned it from training after their first time, when Jasper got paralyzed, and before Firebug knew what it was really. Firebug did see Jasper, they were right! "So, battle training again?" Firebug asked, "Correct, now, you know the only rule, no Nerve venom." Replied Jasper "I know! That was 1 year ago! I didn't know!" Said Firebug sternly. "Claws up. Teeth ready. FIGHT!" Growled Jasper as he jumped at Firebug, You won't dodge this! Thought Jasper as Firebug looked at the futures, realizing they would tail swipe he flew up and attempted to pin Jasper. Trying to pin me, huh? Well, two can play that game! Jasper thought grimly. Firebug, realizing he was about to hit them against the wall and pin them, Flew up and swiped at their underbelly, and dodged Jasper's revolting slash. When Firebug dodged Jasper was clearly angry, even without mind reading Jasper saw that. YOU THINK YOU CAN DODGE? GET OVER HERE! Though Jasper rudely, Firebug blocked out his mind using a tactic Jasper taught him, then slashed at his underbelly again to win the battle. Jasper seemed to like to battle with Firebug as he was a good battler, just not when he loses. Firebug went to library and sat down with Jewel and Chestnut "Battle again, huh?" Asked Jewel "Did you beat him?" Wondered Chestnut. "Dont worry, I won! Jasper is no match for me!" Laughed Firebug. Jewel chuckled and Chestnut smirked but tried to hide it. Firebug made their face more serious "Alright, though seriously, we cannot stay here! The guardians are ruining our life! They trapped us here and took us away from our family! We need to escape!" Firebug stated, attempting to be serious. "Its fine, they only want the best for everybody! They want the war to end! Thats the only reason they are doing this!" Jewel argued. "Well, the guardians, even IF they only want the war to end dont care about us or worry about how WE feel!" Chestnut fired back at Jewel. Firebug still used his tactic to not always hear others thoughts 24/7 and said "Listen, we have to hurry, before they come over here. We need to find a way out! I don't want to have to be stuck here for 14 more years!
