Were both riding a car,
Were both eager to drive but theres only one stirring wheel. We end up fighting and pointing each other's flaws because none of us wanted the idea of 'taking turns'.
Since i was weak, i let you took the driver's seat.
The scenery we pass through was fine so far, but you suddenly turned left.
You left me hanging, you left me shutted, you didnt even bother to ask if i ever wanted to go left.
I asked you to stop! stop it!
Allow me to drive.
You saw me on a verge of crying, so you let me. You let me drive but you didnt gve me the driver's seat.
Now i see, none of us wants to take the passenger's seat.
There should be, there could have been a passenger's seat.
So i could have the time to savour my turn to drive, and let you see how beautiful the view under the tunnels. I wanted to drive you down to the perfect view of lightning, striking on the surface of the ocean.
But you manipulated the signal lights, you made it Red when its still Green. Technically, it was still you driving, you're still the driver of this car.
You've never given up the driver's seat when its my turn. Its not your road that gets bumpy, its not a minute of holding the stirring wheel that gets me exhausted, its not the room thats not enough for us to sit. Its just, this car has no passenger's seat.
And this is not all about the passenger's seat.

The Fall Back
PoetryThis book encrypts all of my poems randomly. I dont right any specific themes, I wrote them all out of sadness, grief, happiness, and maybe some getaway car experiences. Also, the photos are originally captured by me. Hope y'all can relate <3
