I don't get it. I can't even think of any positives for this. People say it's kind of canon because Discord gave Celestia flowers as an APOLOGY!... Do I have to explain why that is dumb? It's clearly just people desperately trying to excuse shipping this. They have no possible chemistry, they're not cute together, and they have nothing in common. Before anyone says "OpPoSiTeS aTtRaCt", there has to be SOME common ground to make it work. They can't be completely different.
Another problem about them for me is that basically everyone that ships them are rabid Fluttercord haters who clearly just ship this to avoid that. And their reasons to hate Fluttercord are pretty terrible and represent everything I hate about popular ship shippers.
