I don't like it. It literally comes from a couple that was forced to be in love from a love poison. So to me it's kinda toxic. Also they've stated that they're good friends. Also I just ship Big Mac with other characters. Also also, Big Mac doesn't seem like one to wanna date his sister's school teacher
