Chapter 3

Ally's POV

Later that night after Sarah, Maddie, and Calum left Michael called me.

"Hey Ally"

"Hey Michael"

"Would you like to go to a movie with me?"

"Sure" I said coolly but inside I was freaking out.

"Cool. Pick you up at 8."

"Ok see you then." I hung up and then started freaking out. I'm actually going on a date with Michael Clifford!!! I called Sarah and told her. She seemed happy for me but couldn't come over to help me get ready because Maddie and her had a big history project due soon.

At around 6:30 I started to get ready for my date. After I took a shower and washed my hair I got dressed. I decided to wear skinny jeans, a black and white polka dot crop top, and black converse. Then I curled my hair and put on my makeup.

That night it was 7:45 and I was just sitting on my couch. I was totally ready and just sat there staring at the clock. I'm soooooo excited!!!!

After what felt like hours the doorbell rung. I rushed to the door to see Michael standing there with two tickets in his hand.

"What movie are we going to see?" I ask excitedly.

"You'll see when we get there," he said and winked. I blushed profoundly. He took my hand and led me out the door.

We got into his car and drove to the theater. On the way we made small talk, mostly about school and things like that. We got out of the car and walked up to the theater. We walked up to the snack bar. "Hi. What would you like?" The guy working there asked. "Umm, we'll take one large popcorn please." Michael said. We walked away from the snack bar.

"Are you going to finally tell me what movie we are seeing?" I asked. "Fine. We are seeing (insert name of comedy movie you kind of like)." he said with a cute smile on his face. "Yay! I've been wanting to see this!" I said. "Well good." he replied as he grabbed my hand. I'm sure I was blushing really hard. We walked into the theater and sat down.
(Skip movie because nothing really happened. You guys just watched it.)
After the movie Michael grabbed my hand again and we walked to his car together. He drove me home and we once again made small talk.

Still holding his hand I walk up the steps to my house.

"I had a fun time," I say with a smile.

"Me too." Michael says and leans over to kiss my cheek. I felt the heat rising on my face. "Hey, I was wondering if you could help me study for that history final next week..."

"Oh! Yeah! I'll meet you in the library tomorrow at 6:00?"

"Sure, I'll see you then," He says and leaves.

I walked into my house and went up to my room. That's when I started to freak out. OMG!!! I JUSY WENT ON A DATE WITH MICHAEL CLIFFORD! I was home alone since my mom is gone as usual at work and my dad is out of the picture. I started to text Maddie and Sarah about my date.

A- GUYS I JUST GOT BACK FROM MY DATE WITH MICHAEL!!
M- Cool! How was it?! I want to know everything!!!
A- So he look me too see (insert movie name) and we held hands and shared a popcorn!!! The movie was really good!
S- Did u guys kiss?
A- He kissed my cheek before he left!!!
M- Omg!
A- I really like him! I hope he feels the same way about me!
S- I'm sure he does and if not I'm sure there are lots of other great guys that like you!
M- Yeah for sure!
A- Thanks guys! :)

I put my phone away and went to bed. I laid there thinking about Michael and our date.

[and then the school day happens]
