talking to Eduardo Camavinga.
"MATCHA LATTES ARE THE BEST thing you ever recommended to me." Eduardo says with an excited smile as he sets down the cups of matcha lattes on the table outside.
"Better than Lana?" Floriana asks, raising her eyebrow and quickly thanking him. He makes a face like he was thinking hard and deep about her question. She couldn't help but burst into laughter at his face.
"Maybe. You can never go wrong with an iced matcha latte, Flor!"
"Can't believe I'm teaching you to like all the things I love." She says in a proud tone as she flips her curled hair.
He gives her another smile before replying, "You're very convincing. I like it."
A pink tint made its way to Floriana's cheek. She tried to hide the way she started smiling so hard by grabbing the matcha latte.
Eduardo noticed her cheeks turn pink and felt a sudden warmth in his chest- and it wasn't from the hot matcha latte he ordered. He was still thinking about wether he likes her as a friend or more. Ever since she randomly texted him, he finds himself growing closer and closer to her.
Even Aurélien teased him about it when he told his close friend about Floriana. He had only officially met her the week before but something about her made him attracted to her.
He didn't realize he was lost in his thoughts until Floriana snapped her fingers in front of his face.
"Eduardo? Hello?" She calls out, letting a chuckle as he looks at her puzzled. "You were just smiling and staring. What are you thinking about?"
Eduardo blinks at her before nervously laughing. He didn't even realized that he had spaced out. "S-sorry, just thinking about something funny that happened at training."
Luckily, she couldn't tell that he was lying even if he was being obvious that he was. "Oh, yeah! Great game last time! Still embarrassing I couldn't recognize you even from afar."
"Hey, no worries. You were sitting far."
"To be fair, I don't have the best vision and I was still jet lagged!" She says in defense, raising her hands up.
"Come to our next game then." Eduardo proposed which has her learning forward with a curious look on her face, "I'll get you seats in the near the front, then maybe you'll be able to see me play."
Floriana rests her cheek on the palm of her hands. "You got yourself a deal! I'll be there. I'll bring you a sign and everything."
He raises his eyebrow as he takes a sip from his matcha latte. "Oh, I'm looking forward to it. But one thing, you have to wear my jersey."
