The energy backstage at the major awards show was electric, palpable. The air buzzed with anticipation as BTS, the world-renowned K-pop sensation, prepared to perform their latest hit. Amidst the frenzy of stylists and crew members, Kim Taehyung – known by his stage name V – felt a sudden tightness in his chest. It wasn't just pre-performance nerves; it was something deeper, a tension that had been brewing between him and fellow bandmate, Jeon Jungkook.

"Taehyung, what do you think you're doing?" Jungkook's voice cut through the noise like a knife. "That's not the move we practiced."

"Jungkook, I've told you a thousand times," Taehyung shot back, barely containing his frustration. "I've made the change because it flows better into the next sequence."

"Really? Or is it because you want the spotlight on yourself?" Jungkook accused, his eyes narrowing.

"Guys, please!" Jimin, another member of BTS, interjected. "We have to go on stage in five minutes. Can we focus?"

"Focus? How can I focus when he keeps changing the choreography?" Jungkook exclaimed, gesturing wildly at Taehyung. "He's jeopardizing our performance!"

"Jeopardizing? Are you kidding me?" Taehyung retorted, his face flushed with anger. "My changes are for the betterment of the group, unlike some people who keep insisting on pointless acrobatics just to show off."

"Enough!" Their manager's voice boomed, silencing the room. "You two need to get it together, right now. A lot is riding on this performance. If you don't resolve your differences and put on a great show, you could seriously damage not only your careers but also the success of the band."

Jungkook clenched his fists, staring daggers at Taehyung. He couldn't believe that his friend would risk their hard-earned success for a little extra attention. *I have to put my feelings aside,* he thought. *For the sake of our fans and the group.*

"Fine," Jungkook muttered, stepping back. "Let's just do it your way, then."

"Good," Taehyung replied tersely, trying to ignore the pang of guilt in his gut.

The pressure was on for Taehyung and Jungkook to set aside their issues and perform flawlessly. As they took their places, the stage lights began to pulse, casting a kaleidoscope of colors across their faces. Their hearts raced, adrenaline coursing through their veins.

"Remember why we're here," Taehyung whispered, stealing a glance at Jungkook. "For our fans, and for each other."

"Right," Jungkook nodded, swallowing the lump in his throat. "Let's do this."With that, the stage doors opened, revealing a sea of flashing lights and deafening cheers. BTS stepped out onto the stage as one, determined to give their fans a show they would never forget.
