I woke up with my sister next to me. She was a pure white wolf, muscular, and about what a wolf would look like as a later adolescent. Stretching my muscles, I looked at my current form in a nearby puddle. I was a female jet black cat with maroon eyes, well muscled, and my fangs were slightly showing. My body was not too large, about the size of a large 6 month old kitten.

I was in a human garden with a high granite rock wall with a lush green hedge in front. I bunched my muscles, ready to spring, eyeing the hedge. I sprang up like a deer and landed neatly on the hedge. I looked back at my sister, her eyes twitching, and plopped down onto the granite wall.

I glanced around from my perch. A Flame colored to was heading into the forest, cautiously entering it's depths. He looked plump and well fed, but was also around six moons, comparing to my current form.

If he were my age, i would be quite shocked I thought as he slipped into the undergrowth. I hurtled down from my perch and dashed to the forest, following the juicy smell of his soul.

That was the only reason i followed him. I felt his soul like a fire, blazing with kindness, compassion, and loyalty. His soul was pure, unravished, and it make me growl with anticipation. But i could not kill him yet, for his position gone would mean I might be stuck in a book for a long time, altering the storyline drastically. And that would be bad. Very bad.

This is one blessing of my curse I thought. My brothers was long standing, ever since Time was born. The moment when my brothers, Satan and God, took my sister's and my throne to make sure we could never rule.

But we diden't let our thrones go without a fight. We (Sister and I) gathered our armies and tried to pick a strategy. But we could not agree. Our brothers crushed our armies and banished us to any type of storyline. from Manga to Movies. The Light and the Dark in the same storyline. Angel and Demon. Sister and I.

I slinked under the shadows as he was stalking a mouse. He was stalking in a clearing, full of lush green grass hiding his Bright flame fur. he heard some crackling leaves, making him jump and his bell ring fearsomely.

He heard another noise of crackling leaves and narrowed his eyes, turning his head towards some ferns. He stood very still, looking towards a bushy red tail with a white tip.

It's scent was not cat or dog, but definitely a meat eater. Thinking of the animals it could be, I realized it was a fox. I narrowed my eyes. This could be very bad for the kitten. And foxes were disgusting, the pureness of a dog with the darkness of a cat. An impure species.

Great. Now I sound like my sister I thought. Yuck!

The tom slunk forward, stalking the fox. I made sure to follow him closely. After all, he should not be harmed. After a short while, he pricked up his ears in another smaller clearing.. I swallowed nervously. Had he spotted me?

The soft sound of cracking leaves became louder, and a flash of grey jumped over me and landed on the tom.

The kitten rolled over on his back, knocking the wind out of the grey shape. An audible oomph was heard out of the grey shape. The kitten ran towards the human settlement where he came from.

Suddenly he turned around, having the grey shape crash into his chest and having them both knocked backward.

The grey shape I saw, was a kitten. He sat up, and the flame colored kitten arched his back, ready to attack, his muscles tensing

The grey kitten meowed cheerily "Hi there kittpet! You put up quite a fight for a tame kitty!" They grey kitten seemed too happy. I crouched under a bush, the shadows covering my body in the case of the t

The orange kitty stayed on guard, then relaxed visibly. "I'll fight you again if I have to!" He snarled, his claws outstretching.

"I'm Greypaw, by the way. I'm training to be a Thunderclan Warrior." Greypaw said proudly, puffing out his chest. Thunderclan? I wondered

"But what is a kittypet like you doing in the forest? Don't you know it's dangerous?" asked Greypaw.

"If you're the most dangerous thing the woods has to offer, then I think I can handle it" the orange kitten bluffed.

The grey kitten narrowed his golden eyes. "I'm far from the most dangerous. If I was even half a warrior, I'd of given you some real wounds to think about. Anyways, I didn't think it was worth hurting you. You're obviously not from one of the other clans."

"Other clans?" The orange kitten asked.

Greypaw let out a impatient hiss. "You must of heard of the four warrior clans that hunt around here! I belong to Thunderclan. The other clans are always trying to steal prey from our territory, especially Shadowclan. There're so fierce that they would of ripped you to shreds, no questions asked."

Greypaw paused to hiss angrily and continued: "They come to take prey that is rightfully ours. It's the job of the Thunderclan warriors to keep them out of our territory. When I've finished my training, I'll be so dangerous, I'll have the other clans shaking in their flea bitten skins. They won't dare come near us then!" He boasted.

The orange cat narrowed his eyes. His scent told me he was curious, but not scared. "So you are not a warrior yet?" He asked carefully.

"Why? Did you think I was?" Greypaw purred proudly, but then he shook his head. "I won't be a warrior for ages. I have to go through training first. Kits have to be six moons old before they even begin training. Tonight is my first night out as an apprentice." He meowed thoughtfully.

"Why don't you find yourself an owner with a nice cozy house instead? Your life would be much easier." The orange kitten meowed. "There are plenty of housefolk who'd take in a kitten like you. All you have to do is sit where they can see you and look hungry for a couple of days-"

"And they'd feed me pellets that look like rabbit droppings and soft slop!" Greypaw interrupted angrily. "No way! I can't think of anything worse than being a Kittypet! There nothing but Twoleg toys! Eating stuff that doesn't look like food, making dirt in a box of gravel, sticking their nose outside only when the twolegs allow them? That's no life! Out here it's wild, and free. We come and go as we please. Until you tasted a fresh-killed mouse, you haven't lived. Have you ever tasted a mouse?" Greypaw asked.

"No" The orange tabby answered. I bit back a meow of laughter. It would not do right now, to have a kitten find me because of my emotions. In a new body, Emotions overflowed. Horrible unjust Emotions.

"I'll guess you'll never understand" Greypaw sighed. "You weren't born wild. It make a big difference. You need to be born with warrior blood in your veins, or the feel of the wind in your whiskers. Kitties born into Twoleg nests could never feel the same way."

"That's not true!" The orange cat exclaimed.

Greypaw did not reply. He sniffed the air and got still, one paw raised in the air. "I smell cats from my Clan" he hissed. "You should go. They won't be pleased to find you hunting in our territory.!"

The orange cat looked around. His fur stood on end.

"Quick! Run!" Greypaw hissed. The orange kitten's muscles tensed, ready to spring, when a menacing growl came from the ferns.

"What's going on here?" the voice growled
