I feel his hand squeeze mine and I jump back letting go of his hand. I run out of the room to get the nurse.
"Nurse where is Doctor Scott? I swear Parker just squeezed my hand."
She picks up a phone and announces
"Doctor Scott to room 275 immediately."
I look down the hall and see Doctor Scott running towards Parker's room so I run back.
Once back at his room I stop and realize Parker is awake.
He's sitting up looking around confused.
"Why am I here?" Parker asks.
"Parker do you remember anything that happened?" The doctor asks him.
"Who's Parker? Is that me?" Parker asked looking at the doctor confused.
"I can't believe it." I whisper.
Parker hears me and looks my way.
"Who are you? Do I know you?" Parker questions me.
"Doctor why doesn't he remember me?" I whisper while crying.
"No,no don't cry! I'm sorry I don't remember I would if I could but I can't." Parker says shaking his head and apologizing.
"Okay Parker I'm going to run a few test on you. Scarlett can I talk to you?"
I just nod my head and walk out with the doctor.
"It seems Parker may have hit his head in the accident which caused him to loose his memory. We are going to need you to help regain his memory by telling him about they stuff you both did. We are going to take it slow so let's start off with just telling him your name and what you are to him, while I go run some tests." The doctor tells me and walks back into the room with me following behind.
