Born as a human/devil 5 Volt is a kind, sweet and caring person. Always trying to keep her co-workers in check and keep them out of trouble
There's also her husband 4 Volt who is a full time fire fighter (which I will get to)
When home alone 5 Volt will play games either on her phone or her own save files on some of 9 Volt's games or call her husband when he's on break to see how he's doing

5 Volt is very protective of her son. Always making sure he has good food, a home, education, etc. She will call 9 Volt her "baby boy" and on ocassion embarrass him. Poor 9 Volt
You could argue that she's scaring 9 whenever he stays up to play games but it's just 5 Volt making sure her son has enough sleep
Despite all that though 9 Volt unconditionally loves his mother 5 Volt will always see him as her little gamer
