"We all go a little mad sometimes..."

Blood everywhere...

"Actually we prefer the term 'psychotic...'"

Gunshots...

"Maternal abandonment causes serious, deviant behavior..."

Tatum's mangled body...

"TATUM!!!" Eliza Grace awoke with a flash. She looked around, frantically. It took her a moment to realize that she wasn't at that hell house anymore. She was safe in an apartment in Stone Ridge, Ohio. She was not back in Woodsboro. Eliza Grace sighed, wiping beads of sweat from her forehead. She looked at the other side of the bed, but her boyfriend John wasn't there. She looked over at the bedside table and saw a note written for her.

"Hi babe! Hope you slept well. I had to leave early for class. Didn't wanna be late again. I love you! I'll see you later!

-- Love, John"

Eliza Grace smiled at the letter and set it back down. She got up from bed, ready to prepare herself for the day. It's been two years since the tragedies that occurred back in Woodsboro. Eliza Grace couldn't necessarily say she's been healed completely, but she's getting there. She's just been plagued with constant nightmares that sometimes leave her sleep deprived. It's something she didn't like to talk about and only mentioned it to John. She never mentioned it to anyone else, as she didn't want anyone worrying about her.

Eliza Grace is 19 now, and a Freshman at Windsor College alongside John, Sidney, and Randy. They moved to Ohio to get away from Woodsboro, with Sidney and Randy dorming while she and John bought an apartment nearby. It took a whole lot of convincing Eliza Grace's parents to let her leave Woodsboro. They finally let her go, and it was ultimately the best decision for her. Life has been great since then, aside from all the trauma.

After Eliza Grace left the shower, she turned on the TV while getting ready for class. As she was putting her clothes on, the news came on, and what the reporters were saying took her off guard. Eliza Grace turned up the volume on the TV and gazed at the screen, deja vu beginning to plague her. Her hand went over her mouth, seeing the headlines. "No. Not again. God no."

Two Windsor College seniors, Phil Stevens and Maureen Evans, were murdered the night before while attending a sneak premiere for "Stab," a movie about her and her friends' experiences from two years ago. Eliza Grace never approved of the movie to begin with, especially since her and John were completely cut out of the film despite the fact that they were survivors. They were killed in a room filled with Ghostface costumes. A costume that Eliza Grace feared every single day ever since two years ago.

Eliza Grace felt the exact same way she felt when the news reported the murders of Steve Orth and Casey Becker. It hit too close to home. She's seen Phil and Maureen many times, so this was a genuine shocker. Why were the two of them the only ones killed last night? Was it targeted like Steve and Casey's? Eliza Grace felt her chest closing in on her, and she tried to breathe to avoid a panic attack at the thought that it was happening again. She shut off the TV and resumed her morning routine.

Once she was finished, Eliza Grace rushed out of her apartment to rush over to the Windsor College dorms. She needed to find Sidney and Randy, and find John in his class. At this point, she didn't feel well and knew she couldn't attend class. The news was way more important.

(It has now begun! I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter! Like the first book, this book will contain both original chapters and chapters from the movies. I hope to see you soon)!
