(A week later)
Aya currently sat in her aunt Melody's 2022 BMW X7, outside of the mall. Melody agreed to letting Aya use her car, since her plans to go out were way later.
Aya decided to fulfill her promise that she'd repay Kai back for the purse he got her. After that slight confrontation they had last week, Kai had reverted back to his normal behavior. She didn't think nothing of it since everyone has off days, and her job as his girlfriend was to stay by his side and be the one to understand him, even if he couldn't communicate his feelings well.
Taking the key out of the ignition, Aya reached her arm over to grab her Prada bag but was interrupted by her phone buzzing in her lap. A smile graced her mouth, seeing the FaceTime call that came from Kai.
Swiping her finger across the screen, she answered seeing Kai in bed, laying on his arm."Bae where is you at? I miss you." He spoke, and Aya smacked her teeth, since he literally just saw her that morning. "I'm at the mall, I'm getting something then I'm coming to your house after."Aya chuckled, applying a thin layer of gloss to her lips with her other hand as she looked in her drivers mirror.
"You taking foreverrrr, what yo ass getting anyway?" He dramatically sighed, making her laugh at how clingy he was. "Some more candles, the ones I got running low. You want one?" Aya lied, but he instantly said yes, naming the candles he liked and she couldn't help but laugh.
