(The next day)
"Aya you have to eat." Kai told Aya, as he sat down on the bed.
"I'm not hungry." She told him, keeping her eyes on the TV.
She hasn't really gotten out of bed all day, which is Kai thought was good cause he liked knowing exactly where she was at all times. But she hasn't eaten at all, and it's the afternoon.
"You haven't ate anything all day, baby get up." Kai spoke, making her sigh as she sat up. "Here." He said, handing her a plate of the chicken alfredo Davis made.
He can tell what he said last night got to her, which was exactly what he wanted. He didn't want her going out, especially without him. He didn't want there to even be a chance for another guy to talk, let alone look at her.
So he had to tear her down again. When we was weak, she'd cling onto him, she'd focus every aspect of her life on him, and that's what he loved most.
Aya was in her head a lot, but came to an conclusion that if she actually listened, they wouldn't argue. She hated arguing with him. She actually hated any type of confrontation, and that was from trauma caused from her childhood.
That's why she never spoke up.
Aya did really like Kai and was willing to compromise, especially if that meant he'd stay with her. She already had the idea for years that she wasn't good enough, especially since her mom drilled it into her head at a young age.
