'You coming or not, School boy shorts?'

Willow and Five walked to his room in silence. The two were holding hands as they walked. When she was younger she seen how dark and cold the Hargreeves house seemed. Seventeen years for them Fortyfive for her it still looked the same. It was clean, spotless even but it still had it's cold and gloomy aura.

It had the look and feel of no one living there. Of course there was the painting that hung on the wall of the kids younger faces, but the house looked... unlived in. Nothing looked out of place. The rugs were straight the books were even straighter, and the paint looked like it was still fresh, no pealing or recolor anywhere in sight.

It kinda freaked her out on how perfect the house seemed. She was used to cluster, bright colors and a warm aura.

When the two joined The Commission they gave them an apartment together. When Willow was younger she loved changing up her room and changing the decor. So when they got the apartment the first thing she did (Other then take a long bath and have a long ass nap.) Was decorate. The apocalypse was anything but colorful, and she missed all the bright colors so she went all out. She made the apartment really feel like home...

And that was a strong statement when talking about The Commission. But when she and Five were in their apartment they could block out all thoughts of The Commission. The place was colorful it was like it was a place taken directly from her younger selves mine.

But she was with Five... so that made it better. Anywhere he was home for her. If it was the apocalypse or The Commission she could make it work if it meant she was with him.

When the two made it to his room she couldn't help the smile that grow on her lips. She spun in a circle as she looked around. She loved the light blue walls and the playful trim that was above the blue vertical lines on the baseboard that met at the middle of the wall.

She walked over to his dresser and put her finger on the small toy red train moving it back and forth. She looked up from the train to the wall and saw a couple pictures she had drew for him when they were little.

Every time she drew him one he would always say he would always keep it and hanging it up. And he did, every single. He had about 12 hung up there. The only one that was missing was the last one she every made him.
