April 7, 2023 (Normal AU)
Ash was sitting on her bed when Griffin walked in. She noticed that he was nervous. "Hun, what's wrong?" She motion for Griffin to sit down.
"I know we've been dating for almost two years, I've been questioning my sexuality since high school and it turns out I'm into men. I'm so sorry for stringing you along." Griffin was on the verge of tears when Ash pulled him into a hug.
"I'm not mad. I know how strict your parents are and I understand why you're hiding it. But I kind of had a feeling you were gay since 11th grade. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to ruin our friendship." Griffin smiled.
"So, do we break up amicably?" Ash gave him a light punch and the two laughed. "Thank you Ash. Can you come with me when I tell my parents? I don't want to do it alone." Ash agreed and they went on with their day.
Griffin told his parents, and they were very supportive. He started dating Noah, and introduced him to Ash. The three became roommates as well.
I like how this turned out.
