"I missed you, honey," Anna says while bringing me in for a hug "I missed you too," I say while hugging her back 

"Are you okay?" She asks while pulling away but still keeping her hands on my back "Oh, yeah, I'm fine," I shake my head while flashing her a fake smile 

"I saw you run into the bathroom, twice," She says and I sigh "Just not feeling the best," I say while smiling 

"Ugh I'm sorry," She says while giving me another small hug "Thank you," I say while she pulls away 

"I was talking to Jack," She says and I sigh "He wanted me to make sure you were okay, he said that your manager pulled you off the carpet as soon as you guys had to take a picture together, and then he says he saw you run into the bathroom with Willow," She says and I close my eyes for a quick minute wishing this was a dream 

"The flashing lights and just being around him was all too much," I say while looking down "I know, and he may be my son but he's a dumbass," She says and I laugh 

"I get it though, he has every right to be upset with me, he doesn't know the truth so in his eyes I'm a horrible person," I shrug "I've tried telling him, he's just stuck in his ways, and him being with Natalie is just for their new movie," She says and I feel this relief wash over me 

"Really?" I ask "Yea he told me this morning, he says that he tried getting out of it but his manager is a horrible person," She says in a sad tone 

"I'm trying everything in my power to get him out of his management but truly there is nothing I can really do," She says "At least you're trying, that's the best anyone could do," I say and she smiles 

"Okay, enough about this, I loved your new song," She says and I smile "Thank you," I laugh slightly 

"It has to be one of my favorites," She says truthfully  "I thought you would have hated it considering the circumstances," I say while letting out a breathless chuckle 

"Oh no honey, trust me, I know you two will work this out eventually but in the meantime, it's giving you motivation and things to write about," She says sweetly "Uh, Mom," I hear a voice say from behind me and I automatically know it's Jack

"Yea?" Anna says while moving to the side slightly "Rick wanted me to introduce you to Natalie," He says cautiously and I sigh 

"I'll talk to you later," I say to Anna without even looking at Jack "Oh, do you still want to go get dinner later?" She says while grabbing my arm to stop me from walking 

"Uh, I don't if I'll really be hungry but I'll let you know," I say while giving her a smile "Okay, well if not we can get breakfast tomorrow," She smiles and I nod before walking away

"Okay, so just go out there and say thank you for coming, talk a little bit about the process of the movie, and tell everyone to silence their phones and just make the rest up as you go," A guy says to us as Jack and I stand off the side of the stage 

"Okay," I nod "Got it," Jack says "Okay, Here you go," He says while handing Jack and I each a microphone 

"Okay, go out... Now," He says and we both walk onto the stage and the cheers boom throughout the whole place 

"Thank you all so much for coming and supporting all of the cast on this big night," I say while smiling "We all are filled with so much joy that you guys get to see all the hard work and long hours we put into this movie," Jack says 

"The process to make this movie was long but never the less, fun. I'm so glad to have gotten to work with such an amazing cast and crew, everything we have made has truly been one of the best experiences ever," I say with a wide smile 

"Now we would like to ask all of you to silence your phones, so we can all enjoy this movie without distractions," Jack says while I nod in agreement "We hope you all enjoy the movie," I say and everyone starts clapping 

I start to walk off the stage and I hear Jack trailing behind me "Good job," The guy says as we hand him our microphones "Thank you," I say with a smile before I start to walk away 

"Wait, Indi," Jack says while grabbing my wrist to stop me from walking "What?" I say while quickly turning around 

"Can we talk later? Please," He says and I give him a confused look "Why?" I say while pulling my wrist from his grip and crossing my arms

"Because we need to talk about all of this," He says while motioning his hands back and forth between us "Why do you suddenly want to talk about this? You didn't the night you accused me of cheating" I scoff

"Because I thought you cheated on me with that random dude," He says and I roll my eyes "Whatever," I say before I start to walk off

"I know you didn't cheat on me," He says and I halt in my place, before turning around I take a deep breath "Okay then why did you blow all of this out of proportion," I say while stepping closer toward him 

"I can't explain it here, please after the movie can we talk?" He says and I think about it, "yea, I guess, meet me at the coffee shop we used to go to at 9, we can talk then," I say before turning around and actually walking away this time
