Percy:The magic border prevents monsters and mortals from entering Camp Half-Blood,however,there is an exception when a camper gives them direct permission to enter.

Percy:Yes.During My 2nd summer at Camp Half-Blood,Tyson,my half-brother,who is also a cyclops,couldn't enter Camp Half-Blood,until Annabeth give him direct permission to enter and pass across the magic border.
Chiron:I'm afraid Percy's hypothesis seems to be the only logical explanation.Someone here gave permission to the Colchis Bull to enter Camp Half-Blood.Which can only mean 1 thing...there's a traitor here at Camp Half-Blood,the real question is who?...
