3rd Pov:
Zenitsu was crying in his room..for about 2 hours straight (mind you it's like 2pm ) becasue he has liked tanjiro for a long time now and he knows tanjiro will never give him a chance since tanjiro is dating kanao and zenitsu knows that tanjiro is happy with kanao so he's not going to bother and tell tanjiro how he feels..he's stopped crying after a few minutes and headed to the bathroom because he felt something on his throat and started to cough flower petals with a little of blood in them.. "WHAT THE FUCK..?!!!" he said panicking and coughed flower petals again..he was scared so he decided to go to the doctor, he ordered a Uber and after a while it arrived at the hospital and after a few hours it was zenitsus turn to meet a doctor "zenitsu Agatsuma" they called and zenitsu got up and walked in the room with the dotor "hello zenitsu I'm doctor aoi, so what seems to be the problem?" zenitsu was shaking because he didn't know what was going on.."so early today I coughed up flower petals with blood.." doctor aoi was shocked because it's very rare since she's heard of this disease in a while.."you have the hanahaki disease child.." zentisu was confused "and what is that?" doctor aoi looked at zenitsu and a sad way "its a disease in which you cough flower petals suffered from one side love.." zentisu got scared by the second "is there any way to cure this disease..?" doctor aoi looked at zenitsu and nodded "mhm you can confess you're love for that person and if they love you back it will end or..you could get surgery but when the infection is removed you'll forget everything about that person.." zentisu wanted to cry at that moment but didn't want to infront of the doctor"oh ok..thank you.." doctor aoi smiled "ofcource child if you ever need anything please come I'll be happy to help.." "bye.." zentisu said as he left the hospital and soon as he stepped out he started to run home crying but halfway there he decided no to go home since he wanted to try and get that situation out of his head and headed to the park since it was like 2 minutes away from his house he was about to sit down on the bench he seen..tanjiro and kanao..he felt something on his throat again and immediately ran home while covering his mouth with his hands afterwards he got home he went to the bathroom and coughed up flower petals but this time they were twice the size..he wanted to cry more but he was to tired and decided to go to bed instead

*The next morning*
Zenitsu was getting ready for school when he coughed again..he didn't know how he was going to manage this the whole day but he didn't care he still needed to go since nezuko and inosuke cared for zenitsu and were the only ones he could talk to this about

Zenitsu Pov:
as I was walking to school I see nezuko and inosuke I ran up to them and gave them a big hug and they hugged me back "hey Zenitsu how was your weeknd!!" nezuko asked "YEAH MANN WE WANNA KNOW EVERY DETAIL!" inosuke said I looked at them and smiled.."it was fun!" I lied to them maybe it's not time yet..we kept walking and talking bout how our weeknd was inosuke them pointed put how tanjiro wasn't with the group as much anymore and nezuko said it was because tanjiro and kanao are dating and just want time with eachother I felt that same sensation up my throat again..and I ran towards the nearest bathroom went in the stall and coughed after a while I heard someone come in "Hey mustard are you okay?" Iknew it was inosuke laughed a little making him notice were I am "hey what happened back there?" he asked.." I uhm...if I tell you don't tell anyone.." inosuke laughed "ofcource not why would I do that it's not like I have any other friends either way" I smiled and opened the stall "I want nezuko to know to..let's go find her.." inosuke nodded and we soon found nezuko and I told them how I had hanahaki and who I loved... and they hugged me "so...what are you going to do..?" nezuko asked "I'm not sure yet..I might get the surgery.." i said nezuko started to cry and inosuke hugged her comforting her" why is she crying?" someone said behind me it sounds just like..tanjiro I turned around and it was tanjiro looking at us confused the 3 of us just stayed quite and nezuko stopped crying "what the fucks going on here? why was my sister crying zenitsu.?!" he yelled at me..as if I was the reason..well I was technically but I didn't want to tell him the actual reason "he didn't do anything" nezuko said "oh..well why were you crying?" Tanjiro said "because..zenitsus sick..." tanjiro looked at me in a very sad expression "oh my bad zenitsu I thought u might of done something to her I'm sorry I hope u get better" he said and then he hugged me...I blushed but I felt it again..I ran but I didn't make it to the bathroom..i coughed in my hand a flower is was much bigger than last time..maybe I should..just.."so are you going to tell me what's up with you?" Tanjiro asked he was behind me cleaned my mouth with my clothes and got up and faced him "tanjiro.." I was scared I didn't know what was going to happend.."zentisu why are you coughing up those flowers with blood..?" I started to cry

"TANJIRO I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU I CANT STAND THIS ANYMORE...I-I I just wanna go home..I want this to end..I've loved you for so long im sorry you have to fimd out this way vut i cant it hurts to much..I know that your with kanao but please be honest with me if you wasn't with her would u ever consider being with me..?" Tanjiro just looked at me in shock "I'm sorry zenitsu but I only see you as a friend..nothing more.." he then walked away..why did I think I actually had a chance..I'm so stupid I hate myself..

3rd Pov:
zenitsu came back after a week of not attending school nezuko and inosuke were worried zenitsu came up to them "hey guys!" they both hugged zenitsu "were have you been!?" nezuko said "we have been worried about you we thought something bad happend to you" zenitsu said "ofcource not guys..I just needed time for myself..!" zenitsu said tanjiro came up to them "hey Zenitsu.." zentisu was confused "uh hello how do you know my name?" zenitsu asked "what do you means were friends..it's me tanjiro?" nezuko them realized what was happening.."he..took the surgery inosuke.." inosuke them realize to zenitsu had forgotten all about tanjiro because of the surgery.."Huh what surgery?" Tanjiro asked, nezuko and inosuke tell tanjiro everything , zenitsu was just standing there confused because he didn't know what they were talking about "..that's why he.." tanjiro said he then started to cry "I'm sorry" he said zenitsu smiled at him
