I Wanna Be Free

Peaceful Patrol

After quite some time, they decided to start heading home, they all went their own way except for Izuku and Katsuki who decided that they might as well walk together since they're going the same route.

"Damn extras are so annoying, can't even leave me alone. I'm losing all my damn brain cells being around them!" Katsuki complains making Izuku laugh. "They aren't that bad, besides Kacchans too smart to lose brain cells." Izuku says back as he smiles at Katsuki. "You got that right!" Katsuki says before looking at Izuku only to see his adorable face which got Katsuki to blush but he quickly turned away before Izuku could see it.

"Well this is where we part, guess I'll see you tomorrow?" Izuku questions as he stops by his front door. "Yeah, cya tomorrow nerd" Katsuki says before walking off to his own house.

Izuku then heads inside and finds his mother standing, waiting there with red swollen eyes "Where have you been, do you know how worried I was?!" Inko asks as she runs to her son as she starts crying. "Sorry mom, I didn't realise how late it was, I was hanging out with Kacchan and his friends" Izuku explains as he hugs Inko back. "Oh, then it's alright, just tell me next time sweetheart, now head to bed, you must be tired" Inko tells as she kisses his forehead (with him bending down of course 😏).

He then headed to his room and looked at the clock. "Nearly 11 p.m, I still have some time to rest and get everything set up before I head out to patrol." Izuku thought as he went to his bed and took a box out from under. When he opened it, he took out his suit as well as his weapons. He put on his suit and checked all his pockets as well as the hidden one's and put in extra daggers as well as get his new items ready. Once he was finished he put the box back under the bed and sat on his bed as he looked at anything on his phone to pass time.

After a couple of minutes it hit 11 and he jumped out his window and grabbed his new weapon, a grappling hook and shot it towards the roof close by before getting pulled towards the direction he shot. He easily got on to the roof and ran at a slow pace across the roofs.

He took a second to admire the cloudless night sky, there weren't much times like this where the sky was clear of any clouds and he loved it. "Now I wish I had wings, but I'm still happy with the quirk I got." Hiro thought as he came to a stop (dont worry, hes far from his house by now) and just looked at the stars, admiring them.

As he was mesmerized by the view he saw, a certain underground hero came behind him, thinking he was unnoticed "Fancy seeing you here pencil tip." Hiro announced as he turned to look at Erasurehead who ignored the nickname. "Well it isn't fancy seeing you here." Erasurehead deadpanned back getting an almost unnoticeable giggle from Hiro.

Hiro then went back to looking at the sky as Erasurehead decides to just stand next to him and look in the same direction. "Beautiful isn't it." Hiro stated. "Yeah, it's not like we get to see this often." Erasurehead stated having Hiro nod to that. They then stood there in silence.

After a few minutes, Hiro isn't sure how long, he hears a scream in the distance. "Time to get to work, see ya there pencil tip!" Hiro yells already heading to the direction of the scream. Erasurehead sighs as he starts running as well. "Problem child." Is all he could think.

Timeskip~

Hiro was walking across the rooftops right on the edge, jumping when needed. He was lost in thought but still had his guard up and was aware of his surroundings. "Why is it when I'm around Kacchan I feel safe... I mean he is my friend but is that really it... maybe I'm just overthinking it... but I do kinda like Kacchan... whenever I do something cute, as he would say, he blushes... wait does that mean he LIKES ME?! OhgodKacchanlikesmewhymeofallpeoplethough-" Hiro was then cut off by a scream from not too far away. "I'll have to think about that once patrol is over." Hiro thought as he runs towards the screaming and finds a guy cornering a women who has a few cuts over herself.

"How about you shut that mouth of yours and give me everything you have worth money." The guy commanded shutting the lady's mouth with his hand. Just as the guy took his hand away, Hiro jumped down and kicked the guys stomach. The guy was only kicked a few feet away before he shot a bolt of lightning at Hiro who dodged only a centimetre away from being struck and quickly got his new foldable bow staff out and started hitting the guy in the face with it. Once the guy was disoriented, Hiro went behind him silently and quickly and hit a pressure point.

Once he got the guy tied up, he headed towards the lady, slowly as to not scare her "I'm not here to hurt you, I'm just going to wrap your cuts and get the police, okay?" Hiro asked getting a nod from the lady in response and got out his medical items and patched up the lady before calling Tsukauchi and sending a location. He then waited with the lady and kept an eye on the tied up guy, not too long after he heard the sirens and said goodbye to the lady, getting a thank you from her before disappearing into the night.

After quite a few crimes Hiro was tired but happy, he saved a lot of people tonight, as well as children who were going to be sold to some random lady. To say the least, he was proud of himself. Seeing as his patrol was over, he decided to head home. After changing into pj's he fell onto his bed and was out cold.
