Appearance: She has tan skin, her cheeks and nose dotted with a few freckles. Her eyes are a light hazel and her body type is an hourglass. She has a button nose and often times wears glasses, the rims being rose gold. Her hair is long, wavy, and naturally a medium brown. Phoebe usually styles her hair up in a ponytail or loose bun, but will wear it down when she wants to impress or look better for others. She also loves wearing eyeshadow, usually in bright or glittery colors. Phoebe has a few tattoos. Three butterflies on her left shoulder blade and a snake on her right inner forearm. For piercings, she has her ears pierced and a belly piercing.

Personality: Phoebe is an extrovert, she loves being around and hanging out with others. Short tempered and impulsive, she tends to not think of the consequences of her actions. Very quick to grow attached to people, and very quick to become jealous. Loves being the center of attention, but won't seek it out.
Likes: Tattoos, anything sweet, dancing, staying up all night, the color pink, parties, shopping, attention and compliments
Dislikes: Needles, most insects, the color neon yellow, hospitals, dark rooms, tickling, the voice Siri/Cortona has, the windows xp startup sound, silence.
Instrument: she helps with backing vocals and fills in for duets, but is in the process of learning bass
