Some time later...

I rubbed my eyes the sun shining through the thin curtains. "Morning sis!!" pony-boy said peeking into my room.

"can i come in? like are you naked?" he mumbled pushing the door open further. "No, no it's fine..." i said patting the spot next to me. He sat down.

"I have something to ask you." pony said awkwardly. "yeah what is it?". "So you... I like johnny..." he said blushing. "Yeah i know" i mumbled unsure where this was leading. "And well you are in love with dal-" i cut him off. "I-i am Not IN LOVE with dally, sure i really, really like him and he is a great guy- " then he cut me off. "So you're in love with Dallas... Trust me i know you are i heard... the other night."

"PONY!" i shouted slightly. "no-no eww no i heard the way you guys talk to each other... thats love" he smiled softly. " And i want to love someon- johnny... like that." he blushed again at the thought of johnny.

"So... how do you- how did you ask if well i don't know, its stupid." he mumbled getting back up to leave, but i pulled him back down. "Where do you guys usually hang out?" "The lot" he mumbled looking down at his hands. "Okay so at sunset sit next to him and just say how you're feeling in the moment. " i smiled over at pony-boy who was now looking at me. "So now that you helped me i am gonna help you" he smiled cheerfully. I raised an eyebrow at him. 'why are you scared to tell dally that you're pregnant?" "What? i-i am not" i mumbled looking everywhere except for him. "Why are you so scared y'know he loves you to pieces." he said, turning my face so i would look at him. "B-because what if he leaves.' i mumble sadly. "He won't" said soda from the doorway. "What you were here the whole time!?" i said covering my face with my hands. "Yes i was. now c'mon sis, you can't just Not tell him, he'll find out soon." Soda said sitting on the other side of me. "Yeah i know" "the longer you wait the harder he'll take it." pony sighed. I woke up cold and alone in my bed, i wish ponyboy was back i am worried sick.

It was the next day and i hadn't seen dally in a while so i invited him out on a date. we sat down at the diner and ordered our drinks.

We finished eating and decided to walk over to darry's house. Everyone else already knew so i didn't have to worry. we were all hanging out chit chatting when pony and johnny came back looking pretty satisfied. I walked over to pony and noticed he had something on his mouth, I am just gonna assume that it was vanilla ice cream.

It got really dark and dally was gonna leave so i walked him out. We were making out on the porch when i saw darry knocking on the window, mouthing a very angry no. So we stopped and he left. I walked back inside and straight to the couch beside two-bit until he had to go then i went to my room and fell asleep.

Ellie's Journal. - 1965 - Day 1

I need to catch everyone up on what happened so dally went out one day and well pony and johnny were staying in an abandoned church and when dally went to go see them it caught fire and there was kids in the church blah, blah,blah anyways johnny is really hurt but i hope his is going to be okay dally is okay now and is still in the hospital but will be out in time for the rumble. Ponyboy seems fine physically.

Ellie's Journal. - 1965 - day 2

So the rumble happened last night and WE WON!! woohoo! i wish they would let me join, but i guess girls aren't allowed to join. *eye roll* anyways Johnny should be released from the hospital soon! he will need to go through something to make sure his back heals, but the doc says he'll be alright as long as he rests a lot

in this story Johnny still gets hurt but doesn't die there for dally doesn't die either. if you want to read a part where they do die i will publish a part for that after! <3 bye!!
