Chapter 7

"Where did you learn to speak Japanese?" Jaehyuk asked his best friend Jihoon, or so he thought, but it was actually Yoshi, right after their meeting with the Japanese investors.

Yoshi ignored Jaehyuk's inquiry and just gave the man a proud smile. He happily walked back towards his office and was met by an anxious Jihoon, who kept on walking back and forth. Yoshi squealed and ran towards Jihoon, giving the latter a bear hug.

Jaehyuk watched everything with wide eyes, because first, Jihoon is not the type to squeal like a girl when he's happy and excited, and second, because he hugged Yoshi. The poor guy didn't know that the two people in front of him swapped bodies, which explains why they have different personalities from their usual ones.

Jihoon awkwardly hugged Yoshi back, wishing hard that Yoshi doesn't hear the loud beat of his heart. Yoshi stopped hugging him and looked directly into his eyes, his wide smile showing his white teeth.

"I think I know how." Jaehyuk's word made the two look at him, now only remembering that there's still another person in the room watching the two of them hug each other.

"So... are you two dating?" Jaehyuk's question was like a bomb thrown at the two. Even if they agreed to live together and tell others that they were dating, hearing it and saying it was still awkward to do.

"Yes." Yoshi was the first to answer, followed by Jihoon, who shyly nodded his head in agreement with what Yoshi said.

"Since when?" Curiosity was visible in Jaehyuk's face as he bombarded Jihoon and Yoshi with questions. Jihoon couldn't answer, so Yoshi did the talking. He patiently explained to Jaehyuk that they became acquainted with each other after they found out that they were neighbors. And it started there, from small talks when they meet each other in the hallways or asking each other for help when there were things they couldn't do to grabbing dinner together if both of them have free time.

All the time Yoshi was talking, Jaehyuk was feeling a little betrayed since his best friend had hidden everything from him. Jaehyuk also came to the conclusion that the reason Jihoon got so happy after receiving Yoshi's proposal was because he would have more time to spend with the Japanese.

Jihoon saw Jaehyuk's expression, but he couldn't say anything since he was in Yoshi's body. He will come off as suspicious if he says a word.

"I don't have any meetings for today, right?" Yoshi asked, to which Jaehyuk responded with a nod. Yoshi's smile got wider after seeing Jaehyuk's response.

"We'll go then. We're going on a date. You did great earlier, Jae. See you tomorrow." Yoshi said before dragging Jihoon out of the room. Being the weak one, Jihoon let Yoshi drag him wherever the Japanese wanted to go. Jihoon remembered what Yoshi said. They're going on a date. He couldn't stop the smile from forming on his lips as he watched Yoshi's broad back in front of him.

Yoshi felt Jihoon's grip on his hand get tighter, so he slowed down. He waited for Jihoon, and they walked side by side towards the car. He opened the car door for Jihoon. That small act made Jihoon's heart beat like crazy.
