Annabelle was a bundle of nerves as she got ready for her night with Remus. Her stomach was in knots, her mouth was dry, and her heart would not stop beating. Annabelle had to decide between two outfits. One was a red dress with a jean jacket that Hannah had given her years ago. The other was a sleek black dress. When Hannah came over the day before, she picked the black dress from the two options.

Annabelle looked in the mirror at her outfit, pressing her hands down her sides to make the dress seem slimmer. Her silver earrings and bracelet sparkled. Annabelle couldn't help but smile at her appearance. Annabelle wasn't the one to brag or flaunt herself, but she couldn't deny how fabulous she looked. Annabelle grabbed her shoulder bag that matched her dress and disapparated.

When Annabelle felt her two feet land on the ground, she dug into her purse and pulled out her mini mirror that came with all of the makeup that Remus got her last Christmas. She smoothed down her slick back hair and then looked around. The street lights illuminated the cobble street and shops surrounding Annabelle. There was no sign of Remus, though. Annabelle grew worried that she had gotten the wrong address.

Annabelle took out the letter in her bag to double-check her destination. Lovington Street. Annabelle looked at the street signs. She was indeed on Lovington Street, so where was Remus? Plenty of bad thoughts flooded Annabelle's mind. But, instead of letting them overrun her, Annabelle ventured down the street searching for Remus. She looked through each window of every shop to find Remus, but nothing came about.

Annabelle looked at the moon, but it was only in its half-shaped phase. Had Remus stood her up? Or worse! Maybe he was playing a prank on her! Annabelle would surely wring his neck the next time she saw him. Annabelle glanced at her watch. It was five minutes past the time they were supposed to meet. Annabelle hung her head and was about to disapparate, but then she heard a — crack!

Annabelle whipped around to find Remus smoothing his black jacket and slacks. A smile crept on Annabelle's face, and a weight lifted off her chest. She made her way to Remus. He heard her because he looked up at Annabelle. Remus' chest deflated, and his eyes traveled up and down Annabelle's body.

"I'm sorry I'm late," Remus breathlessly said. "I couldn't find my tie."

Annabelle laughed, looking at his chest to see him playing with it. "Let me help you."

Annabelle closed the space between the pair and quickly fixed Remus' tie. She looked up at Remus, her fingers still on his tie. "I guess having six brothers has its perks."

"Yes," Remus breathed. He extended his hand and said, "Shall we?'

Annabelle answered by taking Remus' hand. He led them into a shop. Annabelle looked around and saw endless amounts of jars with different honey flavors. She didn't even know that honey could have different tastes. She glanced at Remus, who greeted the store owner with a curt nod. He pulled Annabelle into the bathroom and took out his wand.
