The Idea Of Christsianity
The idea of Christianity is that we Christians are broken ourselves, we couldn't fulfill the desires of God, that's why we need Christ. We need him not only to grant us our forgiveness of sins but also to grant us a new life, a born again life to which is spirit filled.
Our transgressions are why we need Christ, our hatred filled heart is why we need Christ, our pornographic soul is why we need Christ, we need a savior that assures us of our salvation, not our demise. We are broken and we need a savior that fixes our brokenness, to give us a new life, a new heart.
We can't save us, religion can't save us. And true repentance cannot be fulfilled without Christ.
A True God knows love, a love that does not waver as you are still breathing, God's love doesn't last for eternity, that is if you're an unbeliever.
