The Village.
-------------

It had the huge iron gate, designed perfectly. It was closed but not locked and after waiting for about five minutes, hoping someone to come and open the gate for us. Finally after waiting in vain, Chris opened the gate.

The Village was no less than a heaven. If heaven was declared to be on earth then it lies here in the Thomas Village. It was all greenery and fresh with cool breeze blowing , the chirping of birds was a melody itself and the sun rays just made it look perfect. It looked like the perfect painting that an artist ever did and due to the silence in the village, the Thomas family actually thought they were admiring the painting instead of an actual real live place.

Natalie started taking pictures, flash bulbs popped continuously. After viewing the beauty of the village they all noticed the strange silence of the village. Strange because it was not the hour of being silenced, it was the busy hour of the day.

It was the lunch hour and people should be rushing towards their respective places of having lunch.

I mean that's what happens in the city. Right?

But ofcourse, this was not a city it was a village. Life here was simple than in the city.

Atleast, they were happy to have a peace filled holiday.

They had no idea of the reason behind this silence but they decided to not care of the silence and just enjoy the view. They had to reach their home as soon as they can cause fatigue had come over their body and hunger just made it worse.

It did no better, when they passed through the well maintained farms of the villagers containing of fresh and healthy veggies and fruits.

They reached their palace after fifteen minutes of driving.

The gates of the palace were just like the gates of the village the difference was only their size and the colour. The gate of the palace was enormous compared to the gate of the village and also the colour of the village gate was black while of the palace gate was golden.

They entered the palace as the gate were already ajar. All the cousin's parents were shocked to see the gate open with no securities at all.

Mr and Mrs. Thomas were known as the couple who always worries about their security than anything else. So it was not obvious for the gate to be open.

Their second worry was hygiene. Although this was properly maintained.

The path, on which the car was driven on was clean other than the dust particles lying due to the air. But , other than that there were no leaves or any trash lying.

The water fountain was sparkling clean and shining. It was made of cement painted white while the water was like the sparkling diamonds flowing flawlessly.

As they rounded the fountain, towards the entrance of the palace, they passed through a well trimmed garden. It had the flowers arranged beautifully. There stood little smurfs made of marble, enhancing the garden.

The garden had its own little gate.

There stood a beautiful swing, tied to a tree decorared with flowers.

They advanced towards the doors which were huge, perfect for the tallest man in the world to pass through.

They rang the bell for two times before the door opened. There stood a man in his forties, the sunlight sparkled on his shiny pate, his enormous silver walrus-like moustache, and on the polished buttons of the maroon velvet jacket.

"Hey..Marco, how are you? Where are mom and dad?" Asked Mr.Peter.

Marco, who was the head of the servants in the Thomas Palace spoke fixing his bifocal spectacles every now and then as they slid on his nose, "Mr. Peter. Welcome back to the Thomas village. Mr and Mrs. Thomas are waiting for you in the ballroom."

"Oh! Come on Marco..call me Peter, we grew up together and why are they waiting for us in the ballroom?" Said Mr.Peter.

"Oh ofcourse Peter, umm...it will be better if you found out yourself, why they are in the ballroom? Well i hope you remember the way to the ballroom..now if you would just excuse me, i need to check da chefs in the kitchen." And Marco left after saying that.

Mr.Jackson led everyone to the ballroom, they passed a passage.

Faint noises were heard, while they climbed the spiral stairs leading to the ballroom.

They entered the room only to find hundreds of people standing waiting for them.

There on the entrance was written 'WELCOME TO THOMAS VILLAGE'. All the visitors said warmly the saying written outside the door to the group who just arrived.

There was a party held just for them.

Seeing all these people, their previous question about the village being silent was answered.

Natalie was disappointed as she was not wearing anything close to party like clothes. Alex was happy to have gotten the chance to make friends.

They all hugged and greeted Mr and Mrs. Thomas. They also met few of their old friends.

Lunch was served and they all sat down to the long tables laid for all the people present.

There laid all types of cuisines, from national to international, from spicy to continental with uncountable morsels. Every single person attending the party enjoyed. There were various types of dessert too.

Ofcourse, the party was not suppose to end after lunch, it was suppose to be continued till dinner.

Elders excused themselves in the other room, children were moved to the play room with various types of toys and games. Alex went to the playroom saying that he would never miss an opportunity to play.
Youngsters were left in the ballroom which was cleaned and set for dance and party.

"Now i say that this is a party. Wow!!." Spoke Laura.

"Yeah! I totally agree with you, Laura." Agreed Nats as she was now wearing a party dress.(can't describe her dress right now cause it will be described in a part very soon).

"No..no..i totally do not agree. I told you guys to let me stay in the library, the library have got sooooo many amazing books, you know? And am so excited to read them..buh here i am attending this party because it is held for us and again i told you.(pointing a finger at Nats)..you Nats you,you had to do it your way.right? Why did you make me wear this crap?..i dont even know what kinda dress is it and...." before Annabeth could complain more all the cousins said together.
"Breath Anne breath!!"

Then Nats spoke," first thing Anne don't ever...understood ever am stressing the word ever here Anne,so don't ever call Armani crap..ok? And you are wearing a beautiful silk purple knee-length cap-sleeved dress..and believe me you look stunning honey."

Natalie could never hear anything against fashion industry especially when it comes to her favorite designers.

They were just talking when suddenly a group came towards them. They were not wearing branded clothes like the Thomas group but they had style close to them.

They were the gang of five. Three boys and two girls. The girls were beautifully dressed.

One of them was chinese. She wore a black peplum top with floral prints on black skinny jeans she had the black eye shadow done with pink lipstick,it kind of blended with her complexion very well while the other girl who looked like indian wore a fitted blue and white anarkali(indian dress) which blended perfectly with her wheatish complexion.

Out of the three boys, two of them were twins and they wore the same clothes. Black shirt with blue ripped jeans with hair perfectly done. They had the same facial features only one a little shorter than the other. The other boy with them wore black trouser, black slim tie on white untucked shirt whise sleeved were rolled.
