"Come on Eren, Y/n.. Please."

Just then everything around me seemed to stop. For everyone else, it was a gruesome fight to witness, or participate in. But for me.. the way everything had slowed down to a snails pace.. it was so calming. A nice take away from the fight, and a great redemption point. I regained my seriousness, and nodded in determination towards Mikasa.

"Let's do this, Eren!"

He looked over his shoulder at me, and I could tell he was grinning by the way his head tilted a little, and his eyes creased at the edges.

"Alright, once more!!" He practically screamed.

Multiple times I had to take deep breaths to focus on the ODM gear sounds, to distract myself from the loud noises piercing my ears.

We got back into our fighting rhythm and continued once more. We were gaining the high ground against the titan, and eventually, we did get to the point where it was at its weak point.

Jumbled yells could be heard among all the action from the viewers below. We could have easily beaten it then and there, but one thing kept us from the sweet sound of victory.

(i forgot what episode this fight is in so like i forgot if this is where reiner joins the fight or not, so we js gonna save that fight for later and make this fight where bertortle disappears.)

"Eren, It's movements are getting strained! We got this!" I made eye contact with him, and he knew it was now or never.

"On my signal, we're gonna slice his nape together! Got it?!"

"Got it!"

We swung around for a couple of minutes, waiting for an opening. Finally, I heard Eren scream, 

"Now!"

I immediately got over to Eren, as we hovered above the nape. All it took was a wind up, and a bit of a speed boost. 

We were so close to slicing the nape.. until the weirdest thing happened.

It disappeared.
