Today was the festival, it was Tuesday morning, 6 am. Blade and Maddy slept peacefully in each other's arms when the alarm went off, making them both groan at the interruption of their deep slumber. ''Babe, turn off the fucking alarm, it's so early.'' the short Latina whined in protest. Blade reached over and pressed the 'stop' button, the alarm stopped ringing. Maddy cuddled closer to her boyfriend's warm body. ''Cuddle bug, we have to get up.'' Blade chuckled lowly, he was awake now ''I don't want to. And don't call me that.'' a visible pout formed on her lips.

''Well how about I tell you that today is the festival. And you're my cuddle bug.'' he knew Maddy was excited to get back at Nate's toxic ass. Cassie on the other hand had no idea Maddy knew about them and she wanted to keep it that way. She couldn't believe the girl who was supposed to be her best friend betrayed her like that. ''Ok, ok I'm getting up.'' she raised her head from his chest and looked into his deep brown eyes.

Her hair was down and kinda messy which made her look adorable in Blade's eyes especially with how big his clothes looked on her. Blade leaned forward slowly while closing his eyes and took her lips in his. He could still feel those damn fireworks in his stomach. He placed his right hand on her waist and caressed it with love, their lips moved in synch with passion, he never knew he could fall for someone like her so fast, he believed there was something in her that drew him in and he...loved it, it was something intoxicating in his opinion.

Maddy felt like there was a whole zoo running around in her stomach the more their lips touched. She never felt like this with anyone, not even Nate, maybe in the past she did but that's just that. The past, Blade is her future. Maybe this is what love felt like, and she couldn't get enough of it. "Mmm.'' she pulled away from his lips, both looking to be in a daze, their kisses never felt like that, this one felt more passionate, this one left their hearts racing and their lungs with no air.

''I love you, and I will never get tired of saying it, Maddy Perez.'' Blade opened his eyes only for them to connect with a loving brown irises staring right back into his. ''I love you too, Blade Carson, I never felt like this with anyone, well except Nate in the past but I don't want to fell like this for anyone that isn't you.'' A smile spread over her lips at her own words.

A 'ping' from Maddy's phone sounded through the room, interrupting their lovely moment with each other. The short Latina looked over at the night stand where her phone rested and looked at the notification, it was a text from Kat which read 'Could you please pick me up today?'', she went into her contact and typed back that she will. ''Babe, we have to pick up Kat, is that ok?'' Maddy asked as she put her phone back into the night stand ''Anything for you, you know that.'' he placed a kiss on her head making her giggle at the affection she was receiving.

Blade untangled himself from Maddy and stood up from the bed, he walked into his closet and looked through it to see what to wear, he was planning on coming back from school with Maddy and maybe take her shopping for the festival, then after they could chill out for a couple of hours before leaving. He came across something simple for the day, it was a black shirt, a black leather man jacket, dark blue pants, and white shoes.

He stripped off his boxers and put on a new pair. He put on the clothes he picked for the day before walking out of the closet back to his room. Maddy walked passed him into his closet but not before Blade could slap her ass making her yelp at the sudden action. She turned to him and gave him a playful glare ''What? it was right there, you wouldn't have done the same?'' he asked with a raised eyebrow. ''Fair.'' she gave him a nod before walking into the closet to look for something to wear. Meanwhile, Blade walked into his bathroom to brush his teeth and his hair. When he walked out, Maddy was already dressed and ready to go into the bathroom to do her makeup and hair.

''You look really handsome.'' Maddy looked at him up and down like she wanted to eat him whole, in one hand he wouldn't mind, in the other they would be late to pick up Kat if she did. ''Babe, you look beautiful but if you keep ogling me like that, we will never leave this house.'' he was now standing almost 3 inches away from her face, the closer he got the lower his voice got. Maddy cleared her throat and broke eye contact with him, he let out a chuckle at her action. Without a word she walked passed him and into the bathroom. ''That's what I thought.'' he mumbled under his breath. ''I'm going to make breakfast, anything in specific?'' he called out to the short Latina. ''Could you make pancakes? Please?'' she asked popping her head from the entrance of the bathroom.

''Noted.'' he said before grabbing his phone, wallet, and put them on his pocket, he grabbed both their bags and walked down stairs into the kitchen. Putting the bags down on the kitchen stool, he started making their breakfast, humming to himself while doing so.

10 minutes later.

Maddy walked down stairs, she was done with her makeup and hair, she would have taken longer but then they would have been late to pick up Kat. When she made it down to the bottom of the stairs she heard humming coming from the kitchen which brought a smile to her face. She popped her head from the kitchen entrance, she saw Blade humming and moving around the kitchen, a giggled escaped her lips. Without making any noise, which was kinda hard because of her heels, she walked up to him from behind and wrapped her arms around his waist, startling him slightly ''Shit Maddy, you scared me.'' ''Sorry'' she smiled up at him.

''The pancakes are ready to be eaten.'' he placed two pancakes on a plate and two more on another. He put the dirty pan on the sink, grabbed the two plates and walked over to the table, he put both plates on the table along with two glasses of orange juice. ''Thank you baby.'' Maddy pecked his lips before sitting on the chair, Blade following suit. They ate their breakfast making small conversations. When they were done, they put everything in the sink before grabbing their bags and walk out to the garage. They got in the same car as yesterday, the white Rolls-Royce Ghost to go to school.

Blade opened the car door for Maddy who smiled at him, she loved being treated like a princess, and Blade loved treating her like one. Blade turned on the engine and opened the garage door through a little remote all the cars have inside, he drove out and closed the door back down. He then opened the gate through the same remote and closed it again once he drove out. Maddy put Kat's address on the car's GPS, the drive would take 10 minutes and they had twenty to go to school. The drive was filled with a comfortable silence and the music sounding through the speakers, it's been happening a lot lately but they didn't mind, they like the peace and quite sometimes.

Blade extended his hand on top the console over to Maddy who took it in her grasp in a tight hold. Once her hand was on his, he brought it up to his lips and placed a loving kiss on her hand, which caused a smile to erupt on her face. Maddy was lost on her feelings at the moment, so lost that she didn't even notice that the car stopped and the door open. ''Hey Mads, Hey Blade, thanks for picking me up.'' Kat spoke up, Maddy turned back '' Hey Kat, it was no problem.'' Blade greeted her ''Heyyy, how is it going bitch?'' Maddy greeted her back ''All good, so excited for the festival tonight.'' Kat squealed.

The whole ride to school consisted of Maddy, Kat and Blade wrapped in a conversation about the festival which was going to be tonight. Blade parked the car once they made it to the parking lot of the school. Blade killed the engine and got out, closed his door, he then went around and opened the door for Maddy and Kat, he carried his and Maddy's bag on his right shoulder. They closed the door and Blade immediately grabbed Maddy's hand, interlacing their fingers in his left hand.

The three of them walked into the school, people's head turned to their direction when they saw them enter. Nate who was against some lockers with some of his friends from the football team, watched in anger at the couple who walked hand in hand. He glared at their hands, his eyes traveled up only to receive a harsh glare from Blade in return. He looked away back to his friends. Blade, Maddy and Kat walked to their lockers and left everything they needed for their first period which was Math for Maddy and Blade.
