A 6-year old girl was walking with her aunt for her first day of school. She was feeling very nervous. This was going to be the first time she would be alone with children her age. Yet again, she was also excited since she would be meeting new friends.

Unless she would make a good impression on them.

When she walked in the school ground, her aunt staying outside the gate and leaving, she slowly made her way to the playground. She still had an hour until class started. She sat on a bench and tried thinking of a way to be friends with the kids on the swing.

She heard a Side appear and expected to see Raymond or Ethan but she realized how this one didn't sink up. Just appeared out of thin air.

She looked beside her and saw a Side with long black hair that was pulled to a pigtail. His bangs had purple streaks on it and his face was barely seen due to the scarf he wore that was pulled up to his mouth. Though, she could see black eyeshadow under his eyes. He also wore a black jacket over a purple shirt. The jacket's sleeves were pulled over his palms. He also wore black ripped jeans and black sketchers. He was shaking his leg nervously and was biting the skin of his fingers.

The girl tilted her head and said, "You're new."

The Side looked at her and nodded. He looked at the kids on the swing set nervously and said, "How do we talk to them...?"

The girl shrugged, "Can I just say hi and ask if we could be friends?"

"No, no, no, no, no. It doesn't happen that easily. What if they're bullies? What if they use you to their own advantage? What if... What if..."

Those thoughts made the girl anxious as well. She started rocking back and forth and kept nervously looking back at the kids on the swing.

"Gahh.... We can't do this. We can't be friends with anyone that easily. Quick, run before they see you! Get somewhere safe!" The Side said, shaking the girl by the shoulders.

The girl stood up and took her trolley bag, slowly walking away. Then, she heard a voice.

"Hey! You there!" She heard a boy call for her.

The Side jumped and said, "Crap! Too late! Pretend you didn't se-"

The girl slowly walked back to the bench and said, "Y-yeah...?"

The Side walked over to her, "No, no, no, no, what the hell are you doing?!"

"Do you want to play with us?" A girl with a pink hijab asked.

The girl rubbed her arm and shrugged, "Sure!"

She leaves her bag by the bench and the Side called for her, "Hey! What if this gets stolen?!"

The girl stopped in her tracks, "Oh, yeah!"

She goes back to grab her bag and puts it near the monkey bars. She then went to play with the kids but stopped and turned to the Side.

"What's your name, mister?" She asked.

The Side scratched the back of his neck, "I can't tell you that... Just call me Anxiety."

"Okay, then. Anxiety, please don't make me feel scared. I'll be okay."

The girl goes to play with the kids. The Side sighed (pun intended), "Why are kids so reckless...?"
