The Adventures of Maria and Lucia, Mario

Mario: Maria Georgia Manfredi. She is 16 years old, headstrong and very protective of her younger sister. They lost their parents a year ago and have taken over Manfredi & Daughters. She has brown curly hair, blue eyes, wearing a red necklace, a red cap with a M on it, a short sleeved red shirt, blue overalls, white gloves, and brown shoes.

Luigi: Lucia July Manfredi. She is 16 years old, always afraid of everything. She took the loss of their parents rather hard. She doesn't get along with her cousins, Wanda and Wulu. She has brown straight hair, blue eyes, wearing green earrings, a green cap with a L on it, a long sleeved green hoodie, a blue skirt, white gloves, and brown shoes.

Peach: Paul Ben Toadstool. He is 16 years old, ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom. His parents were killed by Bonita's parents three years ago. He has one cousin, David, who rules Sarasaland. He has short blonde hair, blue eyes, wearing a blue prince suit, a pink carnation, and black shoes.

Violet: Victor Jeremy Calico. He is 16 years old, working at his mom's restaurant. He has become well known at the restaurant. His mom is looking to expand the restaurant. His father passed away two years ago. He has short brown hair, green eyes, wearing a dark purple short sleeved shirt, black jeans, and black shoes.

Bowser: Bonita.

King Boo: Queen Boo.

"Mar? Maria?"

Maria looked up, seeing that it was Lucia who was calling her. They were spending most of the day at home.

Maria asked, "Si Luca?"

Lucia questioned, "Are you okay? You were spacing out again."

Maria honestly answered, "No...it feels like we aren't getting anywhere fast. It seems like nothing is going to change."

Lucia placed her hand on Maria's shoulder, gaining her attention. She pointed out, "Maybe you need a break?"

Before Maria could say anything, her cellphone rang. She quickly picked it up and answered the unknown number.

Maria stated, "Hello, Manfredi daughters, this is Maria speaking. How may I help you?" There was a pause. She replied, "Oh hello Ms. Calico." Another pause. She added, "Yeah we saw you were expanding Mike's here to Brooklyn." A third pause. She responded, "You need us to come to the building and check on its plumbing? Certainly we will be right over!" Maria hung up with her and turned to her sister, "Luca! Ms. Calico wants us to inspect the building's plumbing before their big opening this weekend!"

Lucia stated, "That's awesome!"

Maria grabbed their tools, "Let's a-go!"

Lucia told her, "Okey dokey!"

With that, the Manfredi sisters ran out the door.

When they got there, they saw that Victor was there waiting for them. Lucia blushed as she thought, 'Gosh he's cute! Focus, Luca! You haven't even been properly introduced yet!'

Victor saw the duo and was quite attracted to Lucia. He cleared his throat.

He commented, "Hello and welcome ladies. To the future site of Mike's. My name is Victor."

Maria introduced, "I'm Maria. And this is my sister, Lucia."

Lucia waved shyly, "H - hi."

Victor told them, "I'm assuming Mom already filled you in."
