NEVEN'S P.V.O

The sun was almost setting and there was still no sign of Taireia. Where is she ?. I have been looking through her window for 5 hours now and the closest thing I've seen to her perfect face is the picture of her that rests on one of the walls of her room.

She really is creative and neat I'll give her that . I've never been this close to her room and now that I am I can see just how well designed it is . The interior decor is off the chain . Just looking at her room makes me feel like mine is a barn in comparison.
She really is talented. I know this for a  fact because Pepe went on and on complaining about how much work she made him do when redesigning it the last 3 times.

Come to think of it Pepe really dose spend too much time with her. I understand he is the beta of her clan and one of the few wolves her father trusts to keep her safe , but how could he be around her so much and not fall for her , especially that he hasn't been mated.

" Well I think am now an expert on roots and trees "

The words of a frustrated Taireia snapped me out of my thoughts. I had been so lost in my own head I hadn't noticed her walking towards the window of her room till she was only a few trees behind me. I was seated high up in one of the trees were I had a good view of her room and the area. 

As though in sync with my own awareness she stopped in her tracks.

" Let me call you back in a minute"

Was all she said before she cut the call . Placing her phone into her back pocket she took a few steps back with so much caution as though avoiding a trap.

Only then did I realized her father had walked into her room . She immediately hid behind a tree watching her father . He sat on her bed with the picture of her mother in his hand. He looked sad , and almost in tears as he looked at the picture. I know for sure he loved her . She was the strongest Luna and definitely the most beautiful any clan has had by far. She was known for standing by her Alpha's side no matter what , and him , he was known for the love he had for her. No one said anything bad or questioned her without facing his wrath.

When I looked back to where she was I froze. She was staring at me. Her eyes fixed on mine. My heart now racing, she wasn't supposed to see me , how could I be so reckless. Her eyes shifted , I couldn't make out what exactly it was , but it was beautiful. She was beautiful. Time and everything else around us seemed to fade out. The only thing my mind could focus on was the beauty my eyes had the chance to gaze upon.
Without thinking I began to move , effortlessly navigating my way through the branches of the leaves without breaking our eye contact. she didn't move , not an inch. As though waiting for me to come to her.

The first jump from the tree I was in to the next and the jump after that were almost unexistant . the third  jump however I needed to take with caution, but the unwillingness of my eyes to look at anything else but her in that moment forced me to blindly trust my muscles and ability. I could tell she noticed, but It was almost as though her eyes longed for mine and much as mine did hers because she still didn't look away.

At this point I was descending towards her as I was now in the tree she hid behind. The sun's faint rays mocking it's absence. I reached her , not a single moment had my eyes left hers . Now I could see it , her eyes burned with a blue like flame that was almost undetectable. I now stood inches in front of her . Her back against the tree . I could tell her breathing was hard , only then did I notice mine . As though the oxygen wasn't enough in the air around us , and the heat , as though the sun had not just set. And her scent , the moment it hit my nose I couldn't stop myself. My hands had move to the tree , placed on each side of her head as though locking her in I moved closer. Now only a few inches away from her. All the control I thought I had was out the door , all I thought of was getting closer . With each passing second I did just that . Finally breaking the eye contact I moved to her neck , taking in her scent. It was like an intoxicating drug. My hand moved to her hair slowly caressing it. It was soft and smooth. It's silver color teasing my eyes with it's beauty. My hand fell to neck , instantly covering it in goosebumps.

"Bzzzz Bzzzzzz !!!"

The buzzing sound immediately snapped me out of the daze. It must have done the same to her because she instantly reached for her phone. That was all I needed , a split second. I turned on my heel and began to run immediately shifting to my wolf form using the best of my ability to leave no way of her catching up to me . To my surprise and slight disappointment she did not follow me.
