Aizawa: alright, thats the final bell, everybody head out.
While packing up his things, he spots Uraraka and Iida starting to head home.
Y/n: Oh hey guys, wait up for me!
He quickly packs up the rest of his things and runs towards the door. Before h could however, Aizawa snags him with his binding cloth.
Aizawa: hold it, you're staying behind.
Y/n: Huh, what did I do?
Aizawa: Nothing this time, just consider this a private lesson.
Still wrapped up in the scarf, Aizawa drags off Y/n to another part of the school. They go through a room labeled the development studio. Finally, Aizawa releases Y/n from his scarf to give him a good look around. The room was filled with tools and machine parts.
Y/n: Whats this place?
Aizawa: This is the development studio, students come here to work on support items to help them in the field, usually we don't introduce this to hero student till later in the year, but you're gonna need it.
Y/n: what for?
Aizawa: Do I need to remind you're quirkless?
Y/n: ... go on.
Aizawa: Usually students are only allowed to work in here during school hours, but with permission from a staff member, you're allowed extra time during off hours.

Power Loader: I'm the one manages the studio.
Aizawa: I expect you to spend plenty of time here after school, although trying to become a quirkless hero is admirable, trying to fight villains empty handed would just be plain stupid.
Y/n: Alright I get it, so what should I start with?
Aizawa: I'll leave that to you, I got other things to take care of, Power loader, I'm leaving him in your hands.
Power loader: Got it!
Aizawa heads out, leaving Y/n in the development studio.
Y/n: Alright so how do I make make support items, because I have no idea what I'm supposed to do.
Power loader: Well I'm just supposed to look after the studio, and make sure no one loses a finger, but I got someone who can help you out, HATSUME!
