004 // 50/50 luck like always

I wake up with a scratchy blanket placed ontop of me.

The blanket has some stitches on it which look lovely but they keep on pricking my shoulder

Oh yeah, Razor said he would keep watch!
I'm so happy I met him, and he actually liked me.

I cant seem to find him though. Maybe he went will the other wolfs. I'll write a little note for him!!

While I'm trying to write a note I feel some eyes watching me. I don't care though, it's probably wolfs anyway.
But I cant stop this pricking feeling that something is wrong, and maybe I should just finish the note and get out of here.

After all, razors still knows me as a stranger, So it makes sense if he's still hostile to me.

I keep my thoughts to myself as I finish the notes and remember the sunsettias from before, and I put them next to the note as a gift.

I wipe off non existent dirt off my shirt and make my way out of Wolvendom.

I keep on forget about my skills! They were super sick too. I should try test some out!!

I look around to find a clearer space and I make it to this weirdly perfect training area, maybe the universe is taking pity on me?

I see some stone floor that looks cracked underneath my feet, and I brush my boots against it lightly.
"This will do" I mumble to myself as I get out my polearm and to try hold it.

Ew this feels so awkward.

How do the characters do this?? I'm not used to holding this at all, and while the grip is high quality I just can't get used to it.
Maybe I should try a different stance?
I shift my position and puff my chest up to look super buff and I mindlessly put my polearm away and silently watch it disappear into that light that all characters do with their weapon.

I stare in disbelief for a good moment before I finally realise what happened.

"OH SHIT NO WAIT COME BACK" I yell as I panic about my polearm.

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? IT JUST DISSAPEARED??

I panic for a little while longer before remembering one of my skills : glitch manipulation.

Maybe I can pull it out of a portal? It could work. But it says I need to ascend, wait how do I even ascend?

I check around me carefully before opening up my phone to see that I got a notification.

I should just check it, maybe it'll give me buffs or food.

I open up the app and read the following:

well.. Atleast if I'm being forced into a game, I get good stuff.

Anyways, I better start trying to ascend myself so I can start doing sock portals, lemme check my OWN stats.

Woah nice, amazing even.
My stats are really REALLY REALLY good. Especially for my level.

I can see that my hp is the least leveled up, that's a problem.
And I should probably start using my skill in battle to level up.
If I can even battle that is. Maybe I should join the adventures guild? In early game that gives a ton of exp.....Adventures guild it is! I guess I should pack up my stuff.

I him to myself as I'm clearing up my things and i remember all about the phone thing, i should do that.

Pulling my precious phone out I go in settings and start looking for that button.
"Finally" i groan as i find the button and once i click it, my phone turns into a technologically advanced watch.

Like seriously. It's even neon.
I just stare at it for a minute. My eyes looking up and down before coddling it like a baby.

Have the gods been on my side today? Have the chosen me to be happy? Am I the chosen one?

I drift into my thoughts before an apple bops on to my head.

I guess not.

Anyways, I'm off track. I've gotta get to the adventures guild.

I hum to myself after strolling around, then I get spotted by a hillichurl, and I realise that I still don't have my weapon.
"Oh hell no." I say to myself before I hide behind a rock.

I have no weapon, am I going to die now? Is my life over?
I stay in my thoughts before a hillichurl finds me- scratch that 2 hillichurls.

I look around desperately, waiting for someone to help. Till i realise. Why am I waiting for someone to help? I'm overpowered, my stats are amazing.

Suddenly, after affirming myself with my own words, my weapon casts out and I stab a hillichurl in the chest.

"Oh my god i just did that, i just stabbed a hillichurl." I say, internally screaming.

But it does nothing.

It just stared at me.

"Wait, let me just glitch the game! That's my skill!" I say before trapping the hillichurl in a weak rift portal looking cage. I taunt it whike i smile and grab my polearm.

I dash As I slash them both with my polearm and they disappear.

Sighing from relief i sit right down on a rock. And i feel a bit drowsy.. a little nap wouldn't hurt... right?
