"Yes Nancy you can come pick me up and I'll help you find some lingerie." Max says, her going to close the door to her apartment, putting down her purse and keys on the counter while she holds her IPhone to her ear. "Jesus girl Steve likes you in anything, I'm pretty sure this anniversary is going to end like the last one, where you guys have to buy a new bed."

Max listens to the other line, her rolling her eyes with a smile. "We're not talking about that." She says, her popping a hot pocket in the microwave before going over to her room. "He's not my man!" Max defends, her just rolling her eyes. "Okay Nancy less talking more getting dressed and picking me up alright? Yep....love you too...okay."

Max hangs up the phone with a smile, her going to eat her hot pocket before she goes to turn on her shower water before stripping down and wrapping a towel around her, her going to pick up her phone when her notification sound goes off.

Max smiles while looking at the contact, her lightly playing with her phone a little.

Yeah she knows it's dumb, calling him not her man but at the same time putting these type of emojis by his name. She always smiles when his name comes up, her going to open up the message.

Max smiles more, he always does this. Ask what she is doing then offer something up. The relationship between her and Lucas is something good, it is not a boyfriend girlfriend relationship that they have, mainly because Max thinks that he is out of her league and he will end up finding someone better and throw her away if he did. She has never felt disrespected by Lucas or uncomfortable, he has always treated her with respect and dignity.

But Lucas is rich, and he holds power wherever he goes, his business is a raging success, making him a billionaire. With power and also his very handsome looks comes a lot of women throwing themselves to him, so she knows most likely she isn't the only woman.

They both met at the lavish restaurant Max works in, Max knowing since it is a restaurant for the rich she only got it because of her looks. She served Lucas table once and he immediately took a liking to her. Gave her attention she honestly liked, the attention not disrespectful where he was being creepy, of course Max can tell he was attracted to her but he did so in a respectful light.

Since then his charming ways got him her number even though she was stubborn and didn't want to give it to him, and since then they have been talking, him either taking her out to restaurants or touring places when he is near her, practically just spoiling her with his richness and charm.

She loves it.

But at the same time she feels it is to good to be true.

That was six months ago, and since then they have been talking. Of course since Max is Max she teases him, purposely wears clothing that she knows drives him insane but at the end of the day....

Still tells him no when it comes to sex.

Of course he doesn't ask 'want to have sex?', he is respectful and that is what makes Max feel the most comfortable with him, and her having such a fun time honestly with things. She knows he likes it, with how stubborn she is and she likes the attention. Plus he buys her whatever she wants and he is great company, so it is a win win situation.
